Have to sit in line for 30-40 minutes for a pizza I ordered ahead. Lobby closed. If they can't get the employees they need to provide good service, than they need to close. The last few pizzas have been so thin that they tear apart, as well as not even cut properly. This place used to be the go-to pizza on this side of town, but it is now the worst.

Terrible service. You have to wait 30-40 minutes in line for a pizza you ordered ahead because the lobby is constantly closed. On top of this, the pizzas are so thin they tear apart. Pizzas also come barely cut, or not at all. If you can't afford to provide satisfactory service, then you need to close.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!! I came around 9:30 looking to order to 3 meat regular crust pizza and was told they didn’t have any dough and it would take 24 hours therefore I could only get thin crust was in a rush so settled for that. They charged me for a custom pizza even though they told me that if I wanted anything thin crust was basically the only option but still charged more. Also I repeated 2 three meats multiple time. To end up waiting 15 min for one and was given a attitude when I told them I said to and asked about the price. Bad management at this point because how do you not have any dough and try to say you can’t go against price but forcing people to get thin crust like WOW. Oh yeah and he didn’t bother to cut the second pizza I guess to be petty.?

The lobby was closed so now I’m having to wait an extra 20mins to get a mobile order I’ve already paid for in the drive thru.If you don’t have the help you need in the store then you need to close it.This is ridiculous.

Just left the drive through after waiting 35 minutes, 15 of which were at the window. No one came to the window. I observed an employee deliver a pizza to a car out front. Sign on drive through window said closed until 5 and the 5 was crossed out and a 6 added. I arrived about 6:20. Does the owner/operator of this location know how poor the service is? This has been my experience since late 2020- despite it’s ultra convenient location and historically good food, this was the last chance. I will be happy to pay a little more and drive across the street to Pizza Hut.

Jade was the only person working today. She handled the busy lunch time crowd with patience, grace, courtesy and smiles. She has excellent customer service skills & my pizza was great too!

I went to this Little Caesar’s today. My order was not put in the pizza portal. It was just sitting on the counter getting cold when I got there. I asked for parmesan cheese packets and they stated that they didn’t “sell those anymore because of COVID”. They also were skimpy on the sauce that came with my crazy bread. I just moved here from upstate South Carolina and the Little Caesar’s there was amazing. They always had everything hot and fresh. They also gave out the complimentary cheeses packets like normal people. I won’t be back to this location again.

This place has gone severely downhill in the last few months. At this point, the owners need to either change the name or take down signage advertising ready pizzas. 45+ minute wait for a Hot and Ready pizza is ridiculous. The food is low quality once you get it and trash stacked sky high at the back of the restaurant in customer view. I gave this place one last chance and still left without a pizza. We won't be back.

Very friendly customer service, the girls at the counter today were more than helpful when I had a problem with my online order and the manager was amazing in resolving my issue! Food was hot and fresh, always love little Caesar’s on the go, delicious and affordable! ?

New management and staff are really friendly and the food is good! Better service than has been in months. Old general manager was nightmare, poor customer service skills, very rude, and like pulling teeth trying to get the pizza.. new general manager is amazing and she knows how to run a business and she speaks Spanish! Great for customer service and my family! I waited a few times but new manager says it’s a new team, but they are doing great, absolutely 10 stars ???
