Needs improvement. Dining room completely closed during my weekend lunch-hour order. You cannot even enter the building to order carry-out, much less sit down within and dine. Drive-thru only, and having that as the only option has grown tiresome. This is how it's been here for 2+ years! If nearby competition restaurants have their dining rooms open, why can't this place? COVID cannot be used as the excuse forever. The cheese Krystal sliders that I ordered were quite good, but the large fries I ordered were only filled halfway i.e. medium portions in large package. I asked for the fries to get topped off, and they obliged. Also, no napkins at all included in the takeout bag, which made for some messy eating.

Made my order with ease. Like went smooth, and quickly. The young, short cashier was very friendly, and made the visit even better. And the food was very hot, and delicious. Aiken defitely needs more employees such as them in all of there restaurants.

So tell me why its 950, i got here at 945 and they are closed? The sign says closes at 10, but they are closed. I never eat this place and wont try again. Pulled around and the workers that were in the diningroom ran and hid. Adding photos for proof.
I love these -- outta-town Krystal locations. They are almost always well managed and as quick as it gets. I always get chili, it's the best. Fresh burgers are soft and tasty. One of my favorite treats on the road.
