I continue to be repeatedly disappointed by the quality of attention to detail and the ability of the employees to follow the directions provided regarding how the sandwich is made, sandwich toppings wanted/not wanted, etc. Using the call-ahead option to place your order over the phone for the sake of time and convenience when the time you have available to pick the order up almost always proves a failure. This is sincerely frustrating. I should not have to wait until arriving at the restaurant to place my order so that I can physically watch the employees like a babysitter to ensure that they follow the directions and provide me with the product that I asked and paid for.
Awful experience. My friend ordered us sandwiches to be delivered. The food was never delivered to our adress. We called the store to figure out where our food was and the manager was super rude. All she did was ask the driver if he delivered the food, and when he said yes she didnt do anything further. We asked for the food to be resent and she initially agreed, but later called back to say the driver "refused to deliver to our adress" so we wouldnt be getting the food. Eventually we discovered that the food had actually been delivered to a different apartment in our building. While we did recover the food, it turns out they didnt even make the order correctly. She said we would be refunded, and we still havent been. We will never be eating there again, and until there is new management, I suggest following suit.
I went today and the manager was very helpful and kind. He made my day, we will be coming back again for delicious subs!!

Not as good as it used to be. The manager is really nice, hard working and always friendly. For at least 3 months the bread has been dry and hard. The way we have ordered our sandwiches has not been followed. Our sandwiches today were supposed to be Vito's, we got salami sandwiches. We prefer Jimmy John's over any other sandwich shop but lately it has missed the mark completely..
This was our first visit to a Jimmy Johns. We found the multitude of choices to be almost overwhelming. We were lucky that no one was in line behind us, because we had several questions.We finally made our choice and moved to the end of the assembly line. We were then handed the wrong sandwich. Our order was corrected, but they could use a better system of communicating the customer orders to the line of sandwich makers.The staff was friendly and pleasant, but processing orders fast seemed to be the overriding rule...as they advertise...freaky fast.So fast that our sandwiches were a mere shadow of the sandwiches pictured. The final product was disappointing. There was less of everything (meat, greens, etc.) than the menu pictures showed. Our bread overwhelmed the amount of meat, greens, etc. in the sandwich .Recommendation: know what you want before entering and let the staff know you'd like your sandwich to look somewhat close to the advertised picture.

These guys KNOW fast and fresh. They have impeccable service and are friendly and remember us! We buy day old bread and its still so fresh and good. The sandwiches weren't soggy and everything was as ordered
