My friends and I walked in this Jersey Mikes around 6:30pm May 26th and immediately walked right back out. Not only were we not greeted (which I could less about) but in the meat cabinet where they had their cheese, there was two rolls not even opened yet covered in mold. Once you walk in and go to where you order it’s right there. It’s not hard to miss. So, if anyone gets sick from eating here, you probable ate moldy cheese! I can’t believe no one brought it up to them and had them change it out by 6:30PM. lazy.
I had special request on my sandwiches. They made sure they added everything I asked for. They were extremely kind. The gentleman who brought it out to me was very friendly. They said it would be ready at 6 and it was at my car at 6 sharp. The sandwiches were amazing! Excellent experience. Will be returning soon! BTW prices are well worth it!

I ordered from Jersey Mike's a week ago(12/3). I had it delivered via Uber Eats. When I got my food, I took two bites before realizing there was a 6 inch long hair in my sub. I call and speak to the manager. He apologized and said he would contact Uber Eats and assured me that I would get a refund. So I ate my cookie and chips since my sub was no longer an option. I have yet to see a refund and highly doubt I will. I will not be ordering from here again. I'll stick to the one in Augusta where one of my best friends manages at. At least I know at that store, she won't let me get a sub with hair in my food.
Faith is an amazing employee who knows how to treat her customers!! Haven't seen an employee with such genuine care for others like that in years. amazing
Prices are on high side but quality makes it worth it. The staff here were a breath of fresh air. People seem to forget what customer service means but the 3 employees that served us here definitely know. They all did whatever they could to make sure we were happy when we left. I could see their smiles behind the mask. It was a wonderful break from the usual trips to grab a quick bite. Thank you so much for your kindness!! (I wish I remembered their names or that I wrote them down. They were all young with bright smiles. 2 men and 1 female). Definitely a great experience and will stop by again when I'm in the area.
Best in town for a sandwich. #56 with steak and cheese, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms. I like to get bacon on it to sometimes. My favorite, totally awesome! Thank You
