Good food and service. Friendly staff
Super sweet, quick, and efficient. Food was amazing, and staff tried to make my birthday as good as they could (near end covid restrictions) and were overall super sweet. Rating a 4 because I don’t like how they treated one of their employees. She was extremely sweet - and definitely doesn’t deserve such low pay. Also, what waitressing job splits tips? Crazy!
I've always gotten great food and Amazing service but this time service was slightly off key not checking if we needed anything my glass was empty for almost 10 min and the food yet still tasty as ever took over 30 min to get we sat down before 2 other groups did and they got there food before we did yet again food was still amazing so don't shun them out just yet everyone has a bad day but I hope the ppl reading this has a blessed day until next time ttfn.
We went and ordered from their happy hour menu which extends from 3pm to 9pm. The food tasted bland and suggests no seasoning was added. Service, however, was great. Friendly wait staff.
Sister and I went yesterday morning, 3/4. The food was terrible. I had biscuits and gravy. Ordered eggs over easy, they were not cooked, still runny, hash brown was cold, biscuits were like stale and hard as rocks. Only thing warm on my plate was the gravy, thank God. My sister got eggs, hash brown and pancakes. Hers was cold too. The butter couldn't even melt on the pancakes. We won't be going back there. Food should be served hot, especially eggs

Hubby and I went here as a late Valentine’s date and it was really good. It’s the nicest and cleanest IHOP I have ever been too, and our server Yolanda was a nut! She was funny, charismatic, and very involved. My hubby ordered a bacon combo that was supposed to come with four pieces of bacon, she rang it in as a basic combo that only came with two pieces, but she was quick to get my hubby the other two pieces without question. I ordered French toast with scrambled eggs and bacon and everything was delicious. ? At the end, we asked for a box to put our hash browns to take home to our dog because he loves hash browns, and she threw in some pancakes for him that were made extra or wrong for free and my dog went nuts for them. She continued to engage us in conversation as we were paying and was very interested in learning all about our fur baby. I didn’t expect my experience here to be top notch but it was! Great job Aiken IHOP. We’ll be back for sure.
Not the biggest fan but gave it another shot. I ordered bacon, eggs and grits. It was cold inside so food got cold quick. My crispy bacon order was not crispy! Had to ask for butter for grits and jelly for toast! It'll be a long time before I ever go back!

I love IHOP. They always have great food and service. My favorite has always been the stuffed French toast and when I'm going to IHOP to eat that is usually the breakfast I want. Unfortunately aiken IHOP took this off the menu during the pandemic so they no longer serve it. Luckily they have other good food or I probably wouldn't eat here.
