Don't kno what's up with some of these restaurants in this area but they need to hire better employees instead of them sitting outside smoking cigarettes and tell you they don't want serve you. I've been in this store before and had lot better service then I've had here lately. Glad that I was able to get a meal from another restaurant next to this one.
This place needs to be educated on the American Disability Act (ADA). Because the cashier is really a highly qualified service animal recognizer (in disguise), I was refused service. A business is only able to ask is my animal a service animal and what is the animal trained to do. Since I was just passing thru, I know not to stop there, again.
"Im a truck driver,so I & was parked at the motel next door! But couldn't get service because I was a walk up! The doors was locked! I was told I needed to use the drive thru but then told I needed a car! So I said just forget it! With that type of service they will loose every TRUCK DRIVER CUSTOMER which will be tons of money!!!?????
Severely understaffed and the food took over 20 minutes but the people were friendly. The food was definitely fresh and very good when we finally got it. I would rather wait and have great food than get it in 2 minutes because it was made 2 hours ago & has been sitting in a warmer like McDonald's.
Great menus, burgers&fries were great! Chicken was a bit dry, but decent prices. Quick to get our food. Great staff also
Nice sandwich service was OK. Hash Browns were cold and they were only halfway filled up.
This Hardee's was pretty fast with our order, and the drive through cashier, Alicia, was very polite. I'm not a big fan of drink trays because I have a large family, so trays take up valuable real estate in the car. I was about to ask her to not give us one when she ask "would you like a drink tray?" While this wouldn't stand out to most people, that question, the politeness and how quick the food was made was more then enough for me to write this reveiw!
If you have the coupon, the Big HOT Ham & Cheese with small sides is a great deal. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The dining area could use some sprucing up. The restroom was very clean and fresh smelling.
