After coming before work multiple times before 6, they decided that on this day they wouldn’t open til 6:30 even though the hours say they open at 5am. What a waste of a trip.
I just placed an order on the mobile app and went to pick it up and they were closed at 12:30 on a Saturday at the Whiskey Road location in Aiken SC. So I attempted to ask about my order the “manager on duty” was the nastiest person I have ever encountered in a food service industry. She said I banged on the door but I never touched anything except the door handle to open it. She then tells me they don’t have my mobile order and closed the door in my face. I tried to show her the confirmation text I got and she said I was being nasty to her . At this point I am so shocked and confused that I go to get in my daughter’s car to leave. My daughter was turning around and apparently the “manager “ had come out the other door to go to her car and yelled “ If you try to hit me, I’m gone knock you out”. We were no where near hitting her so I yelled out the window that we weren’t even close to her and she kept yelling and cussing at us I have NEVER been spoken to that way in my entire life by anyone after asking a question How do I get in touch with this franchise owner because service like that will for sure shut them down permanently. I usually go there for breakfast a couple times a week but I will never return- I do realize everywhere is short staffed and I am one person so it won’t make a difference but when I am spending my money I do not want to be treated the way that lady treated me. All I wanted was either my order or to know how to get a refund and she was very nasty to me
Why have a restaurant that advertises dine-in, Drive-thru, etc., but dine-in is closed nearly 95% of the time during normal hours. I can now understand why McD’s, Burgerking and other breakfast restaurants stay crowded so often. Wise up or shut down all together.Have a nice day to the three or maybe four that works at this location !Sad review doesn’t have negative stars to choose from !

Don’t waste your time. This Hardee’s has no schedule. They open and close as they please. It used to be great; I get in to work at 5 so I would call this sweet lady that worked in there about 10 minutes before I would arrive and she would have my biscuits ready about 4:30. A couple weeks ago I called to place an order at about 4:20 and they said they don’t open until 6. When did this change? And why is management letting their people come to work two hours early to sit and talk and not make biscuits? I pulled through this morning at 4:50 because it says they open at 5 now. I sat there for twenty minutes. There was at least two people inside just talking in the kitchen. They wouldn’t answer the drive thru window or the phone, so why are you paying people to be there? Sorry employees and sorry management. I’d suggest going to the red light and getting mcdonald’s or waiting on bojangles to open.

Bad service ! It was rude girl ( No Woman cant act like this ) in there that was impatient and didnt have good customer service. This hardees gave me ghetto vibes and thats besides the point.. they forgot my hash rounds and I had to go back through the drive through to get them and I got the cold shoulder from the employees but my thing is that emplyee in particular short brownskin( with the curly old wig ) should of put all the energy she has being ugly , rude and ratchet ..she could of put into making sure my good was in the bag the first time ! . Priority First Okayyyy

I drive a big truck. Walked up and people were inside, doors were locked. Employee came to door and said drive thru only. I explained I had a big truck and was informed it wasn't her problem. Never again.
