ramen is killer. Server was sweet and attentive.
Tried a new venue tonight, was pleasantly surprised at how great the food tasted. We were headed somewhere else first but our attention was diverted over to Fuse and it’s nice, cozy and well lit location.

The food was good however the service was not. We sat outside and were mostly forgotten. The waitress decided that one person in our party had too much to drink so they refused to serve the other 7 of us. We went to Whiskey Alley afterwards and had a great experience.
Night three in a row of a diabetic on a vegan diet and I am here to tell you Chef Chris knocked it of the park! His creativity is on point and you can taste his talent in every bite. Presentations are a work of art. Every meal Chef Chris prepared left me wanting to come back for more. So I did every night I visited Aiken. His passion is clear and his heart is there. I’m looking forward to my next trip to Aiken and I know exactly where I’m dining every night! I highly recommend Fuse! From the host to the service, to the atmosphere to the meal, there’s no better place for you to dine in Aiken!
Chef Chris is phenomenal in accommodating my mom who is not only diabetic, but recently placed on a vegan diet after becoming sick after neurosurgery. She absolutely loved her vegan dish made just for her and the Champagne Chicken was delightful. If we lived in Aiken, she would eat at Fuse every night she loved his cooking so much! For now, she looks forward to visiting and dining at Fuse to see what special cuisine Chef Chris has in store. He’s truly talented. The host was always pleasant and the service was excellent. If you’re visiting Aiken and looking for a delicious and friendly dining experience, look no further! My mom said this is the only place she will dine when visiting Aiken now. That’s quite a recommendation!
I’m diabetic and recently placed on a plant and soy diet by my neurologist. Chef Chris did not disappoint! He knocked it out of the park and it was so great we are returning tomorrow for dinner again! Thanks for accommodating me and making something that I absolutely loved! See you tomorrow! The Ramen was amazing! The smoked trout appetizer was smooth and delicious. The owner and chef was very friendly and so was the staff. We will definitely be back.
Absolutely everything is on point! Service, atmosphere, and OMG the food is exceptional. Went with a party of 6, and there’s not one thing I would change. Except maybe taking photos of our entrees to share. It looked and tasted so good I didn’t even think to get out my phone. Do yourself a favor and listen to me… go get some dinner at F U S E!
