Burger not done. Pick up time was 4pm and didn’t get my food until 4:17. It wasn’t like they were busy. They had 5 employees just standing around
Walked in about 8:30 pm on a Tuesday. No lines, no waiting, no crowd. Ordered immediately. Waited an appropriate amount of time for the order to be cooked hot and fresh. Order was prepared as requested. Everything was delicious. One of the best 'quick service" burgers out there. Dining room open. The regular order of friends enough to share!
The worst Five Guys I've ever been to. Way more expensive than any other I've visited, and way less food compared to any other location. Do not order the fries, expecting to get as much as you do at every other location. The large fries provided fewer fries than the small fries at other locations. I would have rather eaten at McDonald's: that's not good.
Great food, friendly staff and very clean business. Ordered online takeout for 10 people and they handled it like pros in under 20 minutes. We appreciate you guys at this location and will definitely be back next time I'm in Aiken.
The food.... Hamburger and French fries were excellent. The prices have gone up quite considerably.
Tasted like a regular hamburger, better the Burger King McDonalds but not the best for the price. Price is kind of high.
In a world that customer service is dismal in so many ways and places, this Five Guys location has proven again to remain top notch. Incredible/polite staff, order is always correct and phenomenal burger n fries. Thank you!
The best consistant place for a burger!
Friendly service. Consistently good food! I recently ordered the patty melt (grilled cheese + patty) with grilled onions. Def recommend!
