Someone told me about this place a while back and I decided to try it out. The service was not that great. I asked for ranch and had to wait almost ten minutes for it to come. Mind you, I already had my food. The calzone was not supposed to have banana peppers, it did. The meats that they used in the calzone didn't taste or look authentic. I don't know how to describe it. But, it looks like the kind of meats that be in generic hot pockets or something similar. It wasn't busy when we went, but they only had one waitress that was responsible for over 5 tables.
First I would like to just give props to the server, she was the only one working tables.. I dont remember her name, she did a great job! before anyone even decides to leave a bad review on this site or any other. just remember nobody wants to work. So for the ones who do which is minimum these days! You're left with short staff! So be kind don't be RUDE! servers are people too and we're lucky that we can still go out and enjoy places with the few that WANT to work! The food was great! Enjoyed it!
Sat for 20 minutes without even being asked for our drink orders, they were yelling for our waitress saying they “couldn’t find her” for the rest of the time. Several employees walked past, one guy I counted walked past 4 times while looking at us. And this is 6 months after they tried to pay us $3 to go to the other location because they wanted to close early! Won’t be returning.
We have eaten at ferrandos every since they started in the valley many many many years ago! Food and service was excellent back then! First started so business was great! Now on Richland ave! No way last time the food was cold and I always get a Stromboli and it stays hot inside for a long time after cooking! Not this time ! And the waitress was so confused and slow about taking our orders and bringing the drinks and food out ! Nope not no more !
Whole family loves it. My favorite wings in Aiken. Never had a bad experience. Beats chain by long shot.
Absolutely loved their white pizza with broccoli on it but our last few visits (three times now across the course of a month) they have refused to even have any broccoli. Yet they’re just across the road from a local grocery store.
Placed order via phone.1. I felt rushed while placing order. Receiver hung up as soon as she told me approximate time order would be ready.2. Called back about 45 minutes later to pay with credit card because I had an emergency and needed someone else to pick up order. Not allowed payments over the phone.3. Walked in restaurant to casher asked nonchalantly " what do you want to order".I replied I m finally here to pick up an order for Peggie. She told me the amount (by now I'm frustrated because of her attitude. She put my receipt on the counter walk away to get the or.der.No more words exachanged. Not even a ThankyouGreat Customer Service!! NOT
The food was great! I had the chicken alfredo penne. And its was delicious they substitute the grilled chicken for crispy chicken and it was actually better for me..
Best pizza and Chicken Parmesan in Aiken. Quality ingredients and delicious food. The staff is helpful and friendly whether you eat in or take out.
We love the pizza here. Lots of choices for crust style and lots of topping choices, too! Best pizza and friendly staff too! Our Go-to! ?
