Great ice coffee little slow people can be a little rude but good place . Give it a 7
Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 to get some doughnuts. Saw a car in the drive thru so I walked inside. No customers inside, employee working the window and someone in the back. Waited at the counter for about 4-6 minutes, was not approached or greeted. From what I could see, the doughnut inventory was low. Eventually left with out anything
This would be perfect if they offered more cream options in the lattes like other Dunkins in the CSRA. The staff were always nice. If there was an issue they fixed it for me. I always look forward to stopping by while in Aiken. I witnessed a disgruntled customer swear at the staff and they handled it very well. Thank you for all yall do.
March 8 EVENINGsaddest experience ever. My father and baby brother came to the establishment to get Dunkin’ for mom. The Caucasian women in the front with the African American women in the back started laughing about my dad, trying to hide it. My dad confronted them and the Caucasian women kept smiling acting like she wasn’t making fun of him.We come here all the time and for my dad to be treated like that is disgusting.You two women are demented and ugly.Making fun of my father for what? His accent?Racist dunkin.And as I read this comments I see that they have received various complaints probably on the same women. Grown women that should know better. Kids treat people better then these folks.They know who they are.
Guy at window was nice. Donuts are very good. I quit going to the one on richland they were akways out of stuff even early in the day. You guys should have a military discount
Waited in the order window at 850pm me and another truck.. no one ever came to the window . When I pulled up to the window the girl mopping the floor stated they close at 9pm .. make it make sense .
Not all of us are dingbats who want gimmicks, Dunkin Donuts! Keep your chintzy heart shapes. Another one goes by the way side.
These were large drinks and this is how they filled them. We tried to ask them to fill them up and the lady that has worked there for years was extremely rude! She said these are portioned drinks. I can understand that but this is a portion for a small! I paid over 15 dollars for three drinks. The hot large is not pictured but same filling process. The lady was very rude and intimidating. I have complained about her before and they said they would talk with her and that they have received numerous complaints about her. I will never go here again! No customer service, no value for your money and simply poor product. The ones that are cold included ice so can you imagine what a small amount of beverage I really received! Less than pictured! All for over 15 dollars! Update: I called and spoke with a shift leader and she was extremely nice and working with us to resolve this issue! She did know who I was speaking of but I will not post names.
Drive through designed for smart cars and bicycles. Out of all doughnuts on a Saturday evening. Don't waste your time going here, just go to Autozone... You'd have a better chance of getting what you want.
I love the coffee here. My wife has me stop by whenever we go out to grab an ice coffee. Sometimes they mess up your order and the staff will mostly ignore you when you go inside. I recommend drive thru orders or delivery only. But hey regardless of a few hiccups I think this place rocks.
