Since moving to Aiken, this is my closest Dunkin. Over the last few months I have been disappointed at least a few times. Once my coffee tasted like tea. That's another complaint though, this is about their donuts. Particularly, the chocolate kreme donuts. I have always been a little let down that they barely put a drop of chocolate kreme in them, but today was worse. There was literally a smear of chocolate from where someone inserted the bag, but didn't fill.My old Dunkin would fill the donut and do a swirl of chocolate on the outside.
I went there today I had said I wanted an large cake batter signature latte I don’t know how she heard an small outta an large then the service was terrible been sitting there for almost 30 min very unprofessional then waited to say sumn about the order was there like ur an manager say sumn worst service ever highly unsatisfied even thoe I got extra I don’t care I wish we can rate 0
This location always messes up my order, and usually isn't friendly. The Southside is so much better.But unfortunately, I'm addicted to DD and will go either way ?
There is a drive thru and they are open. Unlike that one place on whiskey that can't seem to make up its mind...
It’s my second time coming around 8:40 and coffee machine is down, so they just close everything before 9 ??
Just like with ALL places that serve food and beverage, sometimes it's Uh-mazing and other times it could be better. But overall, it's a very clean place and the people are friendly.
Service was slow. I can get over that but they got my order completely wrong and the donut they gave was stale. definitely will go to a different Dunkin next time. :/
Whiskey Rd. Location- This Dunkin was unbelievably slammed this morning inside and out. All the employees handled everything with grace and kindness. They all deserve a big shout out for being great!! Every single one of them. Thank you Aiken Dunkin Staff!!

They tried to give a lactose intolerant person a drink with cream in it and tried to lie about there being cream in it. They also didn't put my requested shot in my latte, which was actually a iced coffee. Somehow they manage to actively and consistently be worse than Starbucks.
