We order from this location a lot. Never have had an order delivered incorrectly. Picked up tonight and every single one of the staff was lovely, pleasant and all working together. A new gentleman was being taught how to make dishes by another very positive and happy team member. Good job York St. Domino's. Thank you!
Not really sure what happened this time, but this is the driest, stiffest, most stale pizza I’ve ever had. I also don’t think there’s any sauce on it. The chicken was still really good, delivery was fast. But the pizza…..oh boy. And I’m not picky, at all, but honestly, its inedible in its current state. The crust feels like it’s a week old. I didn’t complain to get a new one though. I’ll just hope the microwave will…soggy it up. (Who ever hopes for that, right? But it will be a step up). Seriously, I’ve never spat out pizza before this. My previous orders were fine, so idk what happened this time
Very disappointed. Ordered well done pizzas with light sauce. Not only were they Not well done, they were not even done. Plus they had extra sauce on them. And one of my pizzas was supposed to be half pepperoni half cheese, ended up being whole pepperoni so now my baby has nothing to eat. Used to love dominos, guess I’ll have to shop somewhere else
I work really hard for every dime i got. So when i decide to order a pizza.. I just want what im asking for.. I ordered a regular two topping pizza and ask for it to be delivered. When i got my pizza and open the box it looked like its been kicked around and there was barley any cheese on it and i could even get a slice because it was barley cut. All i wanted was what i payed for and i couldn't even get that. Now im out of $20 and left with a pizza that i dont even want
This place is awful. It needs a total restructure of staff and management. Not to mention pest control service. I keep trying them again from time to time, just to see if something has changed in the past 15 years but it hasn't. I'm tired of giving them second chances.
I ordered a $5.99 medium pizza (spinach and pepperoni) and an 8-piece hot wing for $6.99 on 2-21-2022 at 10:41pm. Piper began quality checking my order at 10:55pm. I didn’t receive my pizza until 12:30am. I tried contacting the store multiple times wondering where my order was, and they would hang up. I understand restaurants are short staffed, I don’t even know if that was the case, but I would have appreciated a call letting me know what was up. When the pizza finally came, it was stale and cold, as were the chicken wings. The delivery person, didn’t even ring the door bell or anything, and tried to leave the pizza on the front porch and leave. Highly disappointed and won’t be using this location any longer.
There’s nothing like ordering a couple of pizzas and waiting over 2 hours for it to arrive. What makes it even better is when you call the store to find out where your order is, you’re constantly hung up on by the staff and manager on duty.
Customer service is horrid! I paid for a pizza with light sauce..it got here I tried one piece and had to wipe the sauce on the box! When I called, the manager said he could not replace it just because it was too much for me! Just horrible.

Delivery never arrived after two hrs. After calling multiple times and being hung up on by a manager at this location we decided to drive to the store where we were lied to and pushed onto dominos associates, as they did had no interest in anything we had to say. Very very poor management at this location. Will forever talk down about York street dominos in Aiken SC as I’m sure many do.
