My food is always hot service is pretty fast and friendly I like that it has two lanes and that they're open late and that you have many milkshake options and their milkshake machine is always working
Tonight's visit was overall on point! Wait wasn't too long...for the length of our order. Food was all temperature hot/cold as needed. BBQ pork sandwich meat was little spicier than I would have preferred, but little added mayo helped. Milkshakes were fabulous...really liked my cherry-cheesecake one. COOKOUT is about the only place with biggest variety and least expensive for hot food fast.
Ordered a tray with sides but only got the sides. Had to turn around when I realized and explain they forgot part of my order. Portions were small and cold by the time I ate. For ~$7 you are better off ordering something through the sonic app and going nextdoor.
Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes and repeatedly saying"Hello, I'm ready to order" with NO acknowledgment I assume the microphone was broken but couldn't have been, the car ahead of us ordered. Now other cars are behind me ( guess their orders wasn't taken at the drive thru also!!)while I wait in line to get to the window to place my order to be told by the young lady (with an attitude!!) ( who's now taking the order of the car at the drive thru!!) I had to drive back around and wait in line AGAIN to place my order!! I calmly asked her could she not take my order at the window since it's her fault SHE didn't respond and with the same attitude told me "Yeap"!! I will not be returning.
Its not always the best service specially in lane #2 where apparently we coming folks ain't smart enough to know when to move on to the window to pay for and get your food. I literally got yelled at for pulling up before I was told too. I mean no excuse is good enough to give me of why you allow your employs to yell at their customers i mean who does that?? Well this place does which is why i gave them a 3 star rating today
Food was horrible and so was service. I repeated my order and she said she had it but she didn't. We ordered 2 trays but instead we got 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and one cold bag of fries that look like they were cooked yesterday. The double burger looked like 2 small sausage patties with an over load of mustard and the bbq was so dry and cold. This was not worth 16.73 . This is why I hate a drive thru. I know help is short but with the increase of prices the food should be fresh and hot and better service. I will not be back.
I ordered my baby corn dogs and I should have just went to sonic next door... my baby food was burnt... the fries was under cooked and I ordered fried cheese bites they had no marinara sauce... they handed our for with no bag... customer service was horrible ...I assumed that this location would be better but hell I'd rather go way to Augusta location
every time i go my order is wrong somehow. the window workers around lunch time are usually rude, have you waiting while food sits there. if you have 2 orders you’ll sit in line for 30 minutes before the second order gets taken.
I was just here. I picked up my order. As a big order, I didn't want to deal with checking it in the drive thru...bad decision. Half of my order is WRONG. Luckily, we'll eat all of this.They are desperately hiring, and the food tastes good, but you MUST check your food before leaving. Even the Check with my order was wrong. It's truly not even close...
Service sucked. Employees acted bothered and were rude. I couldn't even get my order completed bc they were trying to get rid of us so fast. It was a horrible experience. The food is usually great and I hate it, but I'll never waste my time there again. And I have a problem eating food prepared by rude ppl. No telling what they did to it for revenge. My advice is to keep driving to the next restaurant.
