great food for a lunch date
Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Highly recommendand very kid friendly.
Rating this a 5 star despite finding a hair in my food.Story being;I found a hair in my food, was a bit grossed out and called a waitress over and showed her my findings. She looked so scared and I felt so bad! Wonder what other customer gave her hair-in-food PTSD! But, I had 3 waitresses asking me if I wanted anything else, anything, and that they’d completely wipe that meal off the receipt and give it free. I hadn’t even spoken! They just kept offering! It was super sweet and I felt so bad - they might’ve had a bad experience before but I was super nice, and they looked so relieved - that made me happy. At the end of the day, I only asked for fries and ranch - and they gave me double fries and a ton of ranch!!Despite the yucky hair, they were super sweet and quick to respond and replace my meal! I was extremely happy with the service and the fries were AMAZING!!
I'm only giving it two stars because my server, Kayla, was wonderful and gracious!Let me preface with Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants hands down and I ALWAYS get the same thing; Frozen Margaritas, chips and salsa and original chicken crispers. Either recipes have drastically been altered in the last month since I've been or they aren't the same per location. Every single thing was disappointing. Not what I'm used to at all. The drink literally tasted like what I imagine toilet water would taste like. Ordered one on the rocks instead and it wasn't much better. The chips were burnt! And the crispers were tiny lacking flavor, the mashed potatoes were cold. The only thing that tasted remotely familiar was the corn.Was majorly disappointed but I'm gonna say it was the location before I give up on my to go to place!
Juliette my waitress was awesome. BUT when I checked out on the machine I was OVERCHARGED $19 and some change. After speaking to the manager he said it was to ensure the tip was covered. UM NO.... I've NEVER been overcharged almost $20. It's NOT your place to do that. If I don't have the money to cover the tip then let me take care of that on my end. ??? He also said it's pending until they clear the charge and then it will take up to 3 days to go back on. NOPE... its not pending sir.... it took it out of my acct...... What if I didn't have that extra for you to take it upon yourself to take? What if I need that money now???I'm NOT happy and WILL NOT be going back to this location.
We showed up for dinner around 8:30 last night and our waitress was horrible. My mother's food was cold and she was unable to even eat. We tried several times to get her attention to order desert and she overlooked us on numerous occasions. You can tell that she was more interested on clocking out than tending to her tables.
Waited outside for 40 minutes for three hamburgers. Went inside and order was just sitting there. They asked again my name for an order and it had been sitting on a shelf. I asked the guy if it was still hot, he said it was. Got it home, it was cold. I live only about 3 miles away. Last time I ate inside my wings weren’t fully cooked. Lost a customer today
I understand staffing is short, but I was by myself and came around 1:15pm when thr lunch crowd was gone. It took more than 15 min for someone to take my drink order (water). I had the bottomless lunch with soup and salad that comes with chips and salsa. After about 15 more minutes they finally brought my chips, which were covered in grease and barely edible. The salad came out quick and was fine. The soup came shortly after and was not even warm. I was very disappointed.

Treated very well, waiter was great. Conversation about Colorado which is where I'm from based off of my Broncos hoodie. Waitresses look hella good and they're friendly, I'll b back. When u manage your expectations you can sort thru the bullshyt and have a great dining experience no matter if it's a chain restaurant or some gourmet magic.
