Absolutely still the worst chicfila location in America. Spent 3 months to redo store and all it did was make it twice as hard to get in and out. Needed to just relocate. Walked inside ordered and it took longer to get out my parking spot than it took to order. Smh. Ppl in both lines and don't know wth to do. Like they need instructions to pull up. Fml
This is probably an odd review But- I owe it to them.So other than excellent service and amazing food, the staff working outside saved my life. Literally.I was going on a run one day and on my way home (sun started to set) a dude asked if I wanted a ride, and kept telling me to get in his car. Obviously didn’t, and ignored him. He ended up following me, so I ran to the staff outside Chick-fil-A (working drive through and directing traffic) and told them that that dude was following me, and asked if I could stay for a minute. The employee was super welcoming and sweet and sat me down - and stayed with me until I felt I was safe enough to go home. The man in the car sped up and drove off after I talked to the employee. Unfortunately I was unable to get a picture of the man and his car however I won’t forget his face or car. The employee also informed the others to help keep an eye out, etc.I won’t forget that day. I don’t know what that man would’ve done if I hadn’t ran to them.
Why in the world would they close again to remodel just don,t make sense.everything was great the way it was.just do not understand why they would close.great food is not great when the doors are shut.
Can't wait for yall to reopen. Great food, staff is always going over and above.
This Chick-fil-A is getting just like McDonald's. The customer service is awful; the guy in the drive thru didn't even let me finish talking . When I got home, my order was wrong ? 3/2 at 2:00 .
Don't get curbside, you'll have to go inside where you'll find your order sitting there getting cold while the employees stand around talking amongst themselves. Then to find no utensils and missing side order.
Always courteous but expensive. Especially processed food but I guess it's better than the alternative other fast food restaurants.
Line is always long but they get you out fast. I love the outside service. Great fast food that doesn't taste fast.
Service was great! Food not so much. Their breakfast is just okay.
this store always offers the best customer service with little to no wait time. in the rare event i have something that is wrong on my order, they always fix it with a smile on their face! much appreciated!
