Yesterday, they let me wait in the drive in line for 20 minutes ( I was number 6 in line). I got to the drive up window at 8:00 pm Then then told me they were closed and would not take my order. Shockingly bad customer service. I couldn’t believe they would treat someone like that. (Website says they are open till 9). I used to eat there at least once a week. I’ll be going somewhere else now.
Refused to take more orders. Closed the front and drive thru was open. It was 4:00. Said they can't take anymore orders. Need to hire more people and people that want to work if you want more business.
Wanted to go and eat at Captain D's on a Friday night. The dining room was locked. It took almost 1/2 hr to go through drive window. What a waste of time and gas idling in line. So sad.
I had never been to Captain D's or any fast food seafood restaurant until a client of mine told me their white fish is good. So I tried it. It was surprisingly good. I expected the breading to be thick and wet underneath, but it wasn't. I did ask for the fish to be well done though. I liked it so much that I've gone twice in about a month to get the white fish.The lady that took my order and gave me the food at the window at this particular Captain D's was very friendly both times I went.
Food is always good at this location, greeted when I walked in, food always fresh and hot
How come Captain D's in Aiken, SC can not get any large and medium cups. All they have is small cups. I wonder if other Captain D's have the same problem.

Food is great but service is very slow for a dine in order get mixed up sorry is all they can say sometime you food arrive cold.
drive thru cause it's really fast and much better so i don't have to go inside
