I’ve been here in the past and it’s a extremely average location. This shows because it’s never busy at all here. First time I went for Whopper combo. The order was accurate and no major complaints. The second time I went was during Open hours and someone was inside working but they’d not fully opened because there wasn’t enough staff. Seriously what kind of place is this?Suggestion if you want a burger go across the street to CookOut which is always busy and has great burgers and a quick staff.
3rd time ordering here and missing egg, bread is stale or half our order is missing.
Went through the drive thru and ordered the double whopper jr meal! Great deal! Excellent customer service from the cashier! However I received a single whopper jr, lukewarm fries and cold nuggets. What I thought was a good deal was a bummer!
Ordered tonight. Their drive-thru was packed and they were obviously short staffed BUT they were the nicest people AND my fries were hot & fresh!!!
Craving a bacon cheeseburger and went through the Drive Thru and “Joe” took my order. He was pleasant and kind. When I drove up to get my order, he and another young man whose name I didn’t get, made sure order was right. Very pleasant experience. Good job, Burger King.
The drive thru over charged me the night before but the manager Mrs. Sierra helped me out and had it fixed for me right away. She had great service and both times I've been here the food was hot and good
Whoppers were well prepared and good but onion rings were not fresh at all, they were cold and hard. The floor and the rug inside the store was sticky and greasy.
Just left this place Burger King on whiskey and my sandwich was completely raw got sick and threw up and when I called they asked me if I wanted another sandwich. Waited in line 30 minutes for a raw sandwich terrible service
Been to this BK a handful of times and only had a smooth experience once getting breakfast. Every other time they were out of what I ordered which they were not able to refund and I had to call corporate to get my $6 back. Other times the service was very slow without an apparent reason why.
Fast friendly service. Great quality food prep, commercial quality every time!
