So we door dashed 4 meals. Bag came sealed as well as drinks but we were missing our large onion rings and the Bacon king was missing. Drinks wrong no straws. Tried calling 4 times after we received our order but no one answered and the voicemail picks up like it's someone answering and then you're told the mailbox is full and it hangs up on you. We paid for food we didn't get and burger King wont even pick up to correct this problem! I will be reaching out to corporate since this can't be handled locally.
To the manager of the store, update your hours on Google and Yelp already! It still says during the weekdays you’re open to 12 AM midnight during weekdays.— Once you have updated hours on both, please reply to this comment, and I will be glad to delete it or update it to better stars based on your actual food soon as I’m able
They forget one of my large french fry on order , but other then that is good .
This was the worst service ever. The store had no customers and the manager had over twenty breakfast sandwiches in the shute. I spoke and she did not reply so I spoke again and she was like I said Good morning. I placed my order. It was wrong and cold. I am a former manager and this was the worst.
When in to use a promotion with t mobile ..the cashier said let me get my manager ...manger did not know how to do the transaction. Should of left then ..new chicken sand was hard .had been sitting a while spent a total of $15 to throw in trash .will not go back to this burger king
Food was good, some of the staff was a little loud but the service was good.
If I could give zero stars I would. Food is always cold and old like it’s been sitting for hours and they never get orders right. Staff is unable to follow directions and they don’t care. Avoid this place at all cost!
COULD GIVE IT A ZERO I WOULD. I'm tired of the burger king in aiken always making us wait for orders. I was the only person amd they still made me wait. This is fast food not wait 20 min for my food when no one is here. save your time and go somewhere else.
Good food and service.. glad this one is still open and operating. No dining in.. but the drive thru is just as good
I had to rebuild my sandwich before eating it of course they weren't in a rush so I didn't expect to get a mess. Prices are getting crazy . Is it just me or is there more soybean or (tvp) in the meat patties now? Service was great cashier was in training she did a great job.
