The worst BK in all of Aiken. Lobby is always closed and workers hangout at door in groups smoking god knows what...Lately they have no ice for drinks and they are consistently making people walk through the drive thru to order food while in line with cars.Management does nothing.
The girl at drive through was very rude by telling some one in the store Hugh these people are slow what's taking so long,so when we got to the window the drive through girl handed my friend a drink she ask the girl what it was she replied" it's coke why" my friend said I didn't even order this an it's hot the girl said that's cause we out of ice then said GOD an walked away from the window we sat there a minute then the girl came back dropped the change in my friends hand an instead the girl make sure her change was in her hand it went all over the ground..I decided to ask a guy that worked there to please me a manger he stated she was to busy to talk to me!!my friend is almost 75 but she refused me to get out the car cause it was about to be a mess..I look at it like this if you work but before work you having a bad day then please do all of us a favor an stay home..and if you hate your job that bad PLEASE QUIT we don't need bad vibes were we also eat at WE HAVE ENOUGH BAD THINGS GOING ON IN OUR STREETS !!!!young lady with pink an white hair that ran drive through on may 2 ,22 please find you another job that don't contain people or change..cause you really make Burger King look very bad we will never come back there an we telling all our family and friends .....

Got the big king and onion rings. All the food was cold and no one was friendly inside.
This place is horrible! They never give me what I ordered. They make you wait for your food only to give you a completely different order than you requested and paid for. Then they tell you they're out of fries and only have onion rings! It's 430pm and you've run out of fries at a burger and fry restaurant??? Smh they're horrible. The entire staff, establishment should be fired and closed.
After waiting 25 minutes for the breakfast sandwiches I ordered they were tasty but not exactly fast food!
Ordered breakfast & when I got home 14mins. away food was still hot & didn't take too long. Keep up the good work BK team on York Street!
Everytime I go through here, this one (I think) woman is rude as hell. And they're always out of something and forget my marina sauce every single time. Today, the thing with a deep voice and a wig called me a "her" repeatedly. I think it's just struggling with its own identity or it wants to make fun of me for ordering veggie burgers. Whatever's it's problem is, I recommend just doing the rest of the transition because it's barely passing as a woman.
I placed an online order with their app and my went to pick it up 30 minutes later and they had not even started on it. Then they did not put the fries or onion rings in the bag and when he inquire they told him he didn't have the receipt so they didn't know what was ordered. HELLO it was online, order number 47. My son texted me and I tried to call and it went straight to a full voice mail box. I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED DOLLAR at that place again.
