What a mess. I realize it's not fine dining but the staff was awful. This location needs to fire some workers. I had to say my order 3 times due to the worker laughing with her coworkers instead of paying attention, then she missed the pimento cheese I asked for and had a flippant attitude when I asked for it to be fixed. I wasn't told until I got to the window that they were "only taking cash today" and I ended up waiting forever for my order because of the workers goofing off. I'll keep this as a reminder not to go back to this Bojangles again.
Service - upon entering, there was only 1 person in line. As soon as I ordered my food was ready within 2 minutes. They greeted me on the way out. 5/5Aroma - place smelled like fried chicken but as I sat down it slowly faded away. I could hardly smell the food I ate. 3/5Taste - the chicken sandwich ive ordered which was the Bo Special was tasty. However flavor did not last long. 3/5Presentation - The food look eatable but nothing fancy, the chicken was much bigger on oneside which made sandwich look uneven. the fries did not look as fresh. 3/5Uniqueness - Compared to like Popeyes, the chicken had slightly better taste.Comfort - there are booths as well as normal chairs. The place was not loud at all. 5/5Price - Around 9 dollars for a sandwich with drink, not bad 5/5
This was, by far, the worst experience that I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs.My family and I went through the drive through since the dining room was closed. It took us about ten minutes to make our way up to the window to pay after ordering two four-piece chicken supreme dinners, even though there were only two cars ahead of us. This place really is that slow.We were asked to pull into a curbside pickup spot to wait for our food, with no explanation for the delay. We did so and then watched and waited as a total of FOUR orders were brought out to waiting customers during the FORTY-FIVE minutes that we spent at this place. Like I said - really, really slow.Looking back, I honestly don't know why we waited around as long as we did. My wife and I were growing more impatient by the minute, and our two toddlers had been screaming for food for a while, so we pulled back up to the window. I asked for a refund and watched as the employees prepared food for others who had come to the restaurant AFTER us. It quickly became apparent that they had completely forgotten about our order. The manager eventually located our receipt, refunded the transaction, and gave us a half-hearted apology. We were livid and starving, but also thrilled to finally be able to leave to look for food elsewhere.Needless to say, we won't ever be returning to this location. I have also personally sworn off Bojangles for good. There are plenty of other good alternatives out there that will actually serve food to you when you order it.
Did not like this Bojangles. The chicken was exceptionally dry and the fries were so salty that all of my children did not finish their fries. My kids always eat the fries at other fast food eateries.
whole kitchen is just wandering around making people wait. nobody knows what they're doing. dropping people's stuff. it's not even busy and I've been here 25 minutes waiting for 2 meals

First time ever at a Bojangles, tiny chicken strips but the fries were decent and the service was solid.
Probably not the worst fast food experience I've ever had but close. Incredibly slow. Order was wrong. Kids playing inside and at the window instead of working. A truck leaving spun tires out of the parking lot, no doubt upset for the same reasons.
