I was told that there would be a wait and to pull into the parking lot and they would bring it out. After 20 minutes I stepped out of my vehicle and a young woman opened the door and shook the bag of food. She just stood there shaking the bag. So I started walking over and asked if she could meet me halfway. She didn't answer other than to continue shaking the bag. Over 20 minutes and $20 for five sandwiches and a lot of attitude. Horrible service.
Very poor service The clerk had a poor attitude as if I was interrupting her day Also, the food came out piece meat and there was no silverware .
How are you always out of biscuits no matter how busy yiu have been or the time of day? I've consistently had poor experiences here from wrong orders while being the only one in line, missing items from my order, and even being charged for something I did not order. What is going on at this location? Literally the worst Bojangles I have ever been to, and you're never even prepared to have a singular guest. How are you still in business?
Ordered a couple of biscuits in the drive thru. Was asked to pull to the side at the window. Get to the parking lot and there are 10 cars all seemingly waiting on their food aswell. It really isn’t hard to fill an order during the drive thru process and it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to assemble a couple of biscuits.
They got my order with wrong and I told them. They then swiped my card twice and made me pay for the incorrect order and my correct order. Then the food that I received was made poorly. Now I’m out almost $15 for this terrible quality food.
Average meal. Small Supremes.I like the spiciness of the Supremes and the biscuits are the best. The fries can be tasty when seasoned properly.I don't like how much seasoning they put on the fries, which happens at multiple locations. Less is more with seasoning salt. Also the Supremes have gotten noticeably smaller, as you can see in the pic). The chicken-wing sized supremes are not limited to this location as I had the same issue in North Augusta.Overall, the 3 piece supremes is comparable to the 6.99 breast, fries, biscuit, and cookie from KFC. I wouldn't go out of my way to get Bojangles like I used to.
The customer service is terrible …how can you stay in business with the service provided to paying customers. The workers need training. Maybe hire chic-fil-e to train them and your business should grow. Public facing jobs require being able to communicate without negative energy. They need to be reminded of their job requirements. The worker last night was so rude she forgot to give me my side I had paid for. Why are your workers so negative. It starts from the top down so management need to correct the problems. It really destroyed me enjoying my meal!!!
Just visited drive thru. Ordered 3 children chicken strip meals with fries. Had to ask for a bag as always. Got home, had no chicken in one box and had one strip in another. Even though requested I had no sauce! This is the only restaurant in Aiken that consistently gives poor service! I chose not to return to get my order corrected! I will not ever eat from there again! I know that one person leaving means nothing to them. It does, however, mean a lot to me! I am posting this on every public media site I can!
Asked for wings w/o feathers and all three wings had feathers on them, they replaced them but the wings there are getting smaller and smaller..I was kinda disappointed because normally they're usually good.
Sausage biscuits and Boberry biscuits were pretty good today and thank you for putting my condiments in the bag like I asked for
