I ordered supremes tenders and they gave me regulars. They keep forgetting to give me sauces. I understand forgetting once in a while but this has been an ongoing issue. I really love bojangles when the order is correct. It just takes a few extra seconds to double check the correctness of the order. I want it to be known that this is constructive criticism. I want to help make this issue known and help get it fixed.
We went by BoJangles this afternoon and the biscuits were horrible. Both the steak and cheese and the sausage biscuits were cold and the bread was hard . We took them back and the replacements were just as bad. This location used to be good but as of the last couple of months it has gone downhill to the point that we are through with BoJangles. If they can’t do better than this they need to close.
Over half of my order wasn't in the bag when I got my order, and when I informed the person working the drive thru they acted like it was a major deal to get the items I paid for!
They were wrapped around the building with the drive-through, so went in to order. Got my food within 20 minutes, and it was super delicious.
Place was closed at 6:48 am iam a tour bus driver usually they are open at 5am. I was disappointed but in the end I know I can't count on Bojangles anymore so I'll settle for anything else
This is by far the saddest and worst experience I’ve ever encountered in fast Food service your customer service is by far the worst of all kinds of customer service you need to close your store hire new people and get on with your business because the people you have working for you now is not working for you How are you supposed to feed a family of five on this little thing of sides that’s not even field to its max capacity you guys are really gypped in the system and us as Americans this is really unacceptable I feel sorry for the rest of your customers
My sister and I went to Bojangles this morning. Waited 20 minutes in a long line that we couldn't get out of because of parking bumps. Just to find out that nobody was in the store!! They open up at 7 and here it is 7:45 am. There was no not even a note saying the store was closed. Its unprofessional and I felt sorry for the 2 employee the morning before. They were the only ones in the store yesterday!
The service was TRASH! The sales person I asked for pink lemonade and I was told there wasnt any! How do you have not have any!!??
My sister and I went here for supper and were sadly disappointed. She ordered white meat, 4 piece with slaw and french fries. I ordered dark meat, 4 piece with slaw and green beans. We got all white meat, 2 piece and only 1 side. We also did not receive any utensils to eat our meal with. Not sure what was wrong that night but it was a bust for us.
Breakfast service( 8:30, 2/21/22) was shockingly good—above and beyond. I didn’t get the name of the mid-ageish Black woman working the drive-thru, but it doesn’t get any better than her.
