This place is always under par. There could be 2 cars in the drive thru line and your wait is never less that 15 minutes. This trip was like the others. Food was correct after having to order twice because the staff was to busy talking to each other and trying to take an order at the same time. It didn't work because when I got.to the window 10 mins after ordering with only one car in front of me I had to tell the drive thru Staff my order again and then I had to pull over and wait and additional 10 minutes. My order was 5 items total 1 being a drink. ..... no bueno
Worst run Popeyes ever!!!! Find another Popeyes location to go to. DO NOT waste your time going to this one! Bad service, no manners, no receipts ever given, and fries tasted like bad fish..so disgusting. The guy who took my money also used his hands to prepare my whole order..smhThis business needs a new franchisee for sure. They lack business skills BIG TIME.
Absolutely love their chicken sandwich but this Popeyes is inconsistent. One time there were no pickles in my sandwich. Another time there was no sauce. The staff basically just throws the food at you and doesn't even speak.
It was my first time going to popeyes, I got a spicey chicken sandwich and I was completely surprised at how good it was. Even the macaroni and cheese was good. Not very expensive either. Would definitely recommend trying it at least once. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
Don't get me wrong. I love Popeye's but the one on Diamond Hill Rd, Woonsocket/Cumberland, RI has yet again messed up my order. This time they charged me for what i ordered but i didn't get a 4 piece spicy order. Too far to go back
The workers here are the most pleasant people. I always stop here when I'm in the area not just for the awesome food but for the service . They go above and beyond to make the customer happy and my daughter begs to go here to see them!!!
I enjoy visiting here on my day off to eat the fried chicken sandwich. The nuggets also well with it. I had it with bbq and sweet heat sauces. Lawddd have mercy !

Pull up at the drive thru at 10:28am. The lady says they don’t open until 10:30 even though the hours on google say 10 am. Ok I pull off and come back 5 mins later and she says they don’t open until 11am now. If you don’t wanna work then don’t come in. But to turn away costumers is just losing the business money. She sounded like she was half asleep. Super unprofessional and frustrating.
Says open til 9p.m. get to the drive thru at 8:50 p.m. and everything is shut down. Either your open til 9 or it's order by 845 but don't say 9 p.m. if you won't take an order.. I won't ever come back here.
