Haven't had pizza here in a long time due to the travel to get to one of these. ( Lincoln closed ) still a great pizza crust with a spicy pepperoni. All vegetables are perfectly cooked. Love this place!!!
Food was nice and fresh but the portions were a little to small. The group of guys that work there are absolutely great and they always put a smile on my face :)
the food is great and has tons of flavor, and the service is even better! the workers always have a smile on their face and are always so kind to me and even other customers that I have noticed!!
I don't Usually do reviews but man and the staff there are great oh my God I cannot stress this enough that kid in the back that makes steak and cheeses is awesome funny cool and chill.
Chain Restaurant but still good. Service was ok, nothing great nothing bad. Food was as expected. Not a bad chain restuarant.
Ordered 2 large pizzas. 1 cheese, the other a specialty pizza. I had also ordered a cookie tray. (Big mistake!) Instead of charging me $14.99, (as advertised on Google) they charged me $23.99 and printed on my receipt as a "cookie platter." (You get 10 cookies.) Wouldn't you think a platter, (for that high price) would be over 10 cookies? My bill came out to $63.39!?!! I brought the error to the rude managers attention. They didn't consider it an error & wouldn't give me my $9.00 back, or even a $9.00 voucher towards my next pizza purchase. NOPE! (They wouldn't bend.) I'll "NEVER" go there "EVER" again! Very rude and expensive. Not worth it, at all! Papa Ginos isn't the same anymore. Their pizza doesn't even taste as it used to either.?
At 7:15pm online. Delivery order cannot be fulfilled in time for papa Gino's to close, they close at 830. I call to figure out what's going on, they answer with 2 options, pick up or delivery, I explain the issue with online ordering, the pothead who answered says, "oh yeah I forget, we close at 730"... well too late let me speak to the manager, the manager, same thing, "pick up or delivery?"I ask, how can you fulfill a delivery order in 15 minutes?"OH yeah I forget we close at 730"Terrible management and terrible customer service. I'll take my 20 minute drive to a different papa ginos... never again with this location! Failures.
Good food, great pizza but they did away with smaller size portions and spaghetti. Very disappointed. However, they do give a senior discount and a Rewards program.
Had Pizza here for dinner with friends. Waited g or pizza to be done time was quoted at 30 mins. Took a bit longer than that. But pizza was good and the manager who was on was great. Over all I thought everything went pretty good. Place was busy mostly tamely.
I made an online order and when I walked in I was stared at so I said i made an oneline and I'm early just need the restroom I saw him making my pizza and asked him to cook it well done please he literally stared at me then repeated me twice and I said yes please and he looked away. idk my food was pretty good no complaints there other then the fact my pizza d definitely was not well-done smh
