This McDonald’s is a NO for me . I went early in the morning on the way to work . I stood in the drive thru for 5 minutes before I pulled out and went inside . The guy said only drive thru is open and I said well no one is answering he then said we are short staffed and there was 4 of them there and I was the only customer. I go back thru drive thru and order my coffee . One person told me they had no coffee brewed and it would be a minute which was okay . I get to the window and see the guy put cream sugar and water from a coffee pot . I just left no refunds no words I was shocked . Lazy rude staff I wanted coffee not water and milk . Never ever go to that location ever
Legwan is extremely on the ball with taking care of all the orders that got thrown at him. He is an excellent employee to have with a very pleasant attitude. Morisa extremely Pleasant and accommodating right out of the gate. She is a very compassionate manager who listens to their costumes. These two need to get noticed and I hope this helps...
This place has come a long way over the years. Order accuracy and cleanliness used to be problematic, but I've seen a turnaround and have no worries when bringing my grandchildren for a quick bite, whether inside or drive-thru.
Mendon Rd or Diamond Hill Rd Cumberland locations? Both are in Cumberland but posters don't say which one they are referring to. Thanks. I don’t like either one. Fast food places are not good for me. Food is usually cool and soggy fries are usually on the menu. Go to Burger King for fresh fries and burgers.
McDonald's is a very nice place to eat but their prices are up and down I find the breakfast burrito good but then the prices go up and down they never stay in one place too bad
If I could give a lesser rating, i would. The diamond hill location in Woonsocket has nonstop issues and a crew that seems they couldn't care less.
Do not go after midnight, they become mad rude and the food sucks even more than it usually does at any other time.Update: now after 3 am they do not work up until 4:10 am. Don’t bother showing.
No McDonald’s is perfect, none will ever be, but this one is by far the best around. Every time I get food here, it’s fast and fresh. Apple pie cooked to perfection! Yummy ?
Very nice manager. I pass by and get breakfast from. them. The hot cakes are good better than ihops and good price very good price too.
Issues being able to fill orders. Past 2 visits, they had me pull over to wait. First time got all the way home to discover I was missing a big breakfast. We called and went back. But obviously they served us the meal they were supposed to put in our bag. It was ice cold.Next time I made sure to check bag making sure all was there. They got my soda size wrong, looked like a deer in headlights when I explained what the order taker said to tell the server.Then made some remark about not getting worked up she would fix it. She was the one who was confused. No longer like going there.
