What has happened to Woon. KFC?! Down hill!!! Used to be above average, now very disappointing. Ordered online for store pick-up. Didn't get the gravy w/the mashed taters (one of my wives' favorites) and both the mashed taters and fries were VERY salty, even for her and she loves her salt. I dislike salt and found the fries inedible (they were also cold and floppy). When ordering online, you can select a pick-up time. I suspect they picked and packed the order way ahead of the pick-up time and that's why it was so cold. Good thing chicken is not as effected by not being piping hot, but I hate cold fries!
Got chicken here this week... not happy at all ...the chicken was extremely overcooked.. very dry... always loved KFC... the prices have gone up and I won't be ordering the chicken again... their only salvation is the pot pies!!!
What is the point of having prices posted if that’s not what you’re charging people? And then when it’s brought up the response is “well what do you want me to do about it?, fixing prices isn’t my job”
I recently visited your so called restaurant, the so called manager was extremely rude, and unprofessional, she told me her menu was expensive, and they won’t satisfy customer needs, my advice , don’t eat there. She also threatened to take a picture of my license plate, hmmmm not good. Sounds threatening????
Well we ordered the beyond meat nuggets, the taste is there but the texture is not and if you plan on microwave them better get a hack saw !!
Went through the drive-thru, and I dont usually eat at this KFC cause they ALWAYS screw my food up. I didn't have much a choice today. I ordered the spicey chicken sandwhich big box to split with a friend.. well the box comes with a sandwhich and 3 sides. They forgot two of my sides even though they asked me what I wanted for sides.This location always forgets to put stuff in the bag, or the food is soggy or cold.I shouldn't have expected anything less than the constant terrible service I always recieve.Wont be coming back thats for sure.
Food was good, they had my order ready quick. Employee was pleasant.
This KFC is my favorite, staff is super nice and foods always on point and fresh
3rd time i have ordered a spicy hot chicken sandwichThe first time it was spicy the last 2 times NO spice was on the chickenI give up NOT GOING BACK IM DONE
I would make it 4 stars but I very clearly asked for mashed potatoes and didnt get any so when they get good staff maybe I'll change it
