I came to get my coffee like every day and there is a skinny black short hair girl with a very bad attitude on the front counter I would never come here again or my family members.
During this stay home directive I can't go past my driveway due to being in a high risk group. But my sister has been bringing me my favorite drink- Iced coffee! UPDATE: 1/24/2022. Now that I'm free To go out I often visit this place. I sit inside and enjoy my iced coffee and a jelly donut or two. Nice and roomy, clean place.
Every night I come here, they always say the oven is broken or off. It’s only 5PM and they close at 830PM. Terrible service not to mention they have the driveway blocked off sometimes. Constantly giving the benefit of the doubt to make my drink right. I have a dairy allergy and they always put creamer instead of a dairy substitute like the oat I ask for.
I am really upset this place is supposed to closed a 8:00or 8:30 pm but is always closed at 7:30 or 6 PM make up your mind Dunkin’ Donuts and yes I could notice your workers crazy to get out of there hopefully they fix this soon
Always a long line here if you go for breakfast hours. That being said you can get gas and coffee ☕ at the same time. Good time saver.
Coming from someone who doesn't go out if their way to complain and an old Dunkin's manager I cringe at this place and had to say something ...they need a better system than what they're doing.. long wait times at the driver thru (only way you can order) and the area is not meant for multiple cars waiting 10/15 mins in line...orders need to be paid attention to better staff training is extremely needed on listening and following directions every time I've gone here something is missing or messed up...also make sure your ovens are being cleaned properly food has tasted horrible after being cooked in the ovens..better to waste a lil extra gas to go to a better Dunkin's until this one can run like a proper establishment
Always door is closed an too slow ? coffee some times is good and some times ?
The service is too slow 35 minutes to buy a simple coffee not worth it.
Coffee is amazing but I wish they'd allow dine in's or at least let us walk through the drive thru to get our coffee. Good luck getting your morning coffee if you forgot your car.
