This is the worst Dunkin in the state of RI. They get your order wrong more than once a week. They don't care and are rude. I strongly suggest you go to the South Main or Social Street Dunkin!
I went in there to get a coffee and they were chitchatting and not doing their job at all I recommend you don’t go to this Duncan
For years this location was one of the best. The service has been on a steady decline for at least a year now. I see all new faces and new attitude towards customers. My coffee is made wrong more than 60% of the time. No one is listening!!!! You get paid to listen to orders and make them as the customer specifies.
Coffee was cold, kid at drive thru window didn't speak or acknowledge anything outside of shoving a cup out the window, and if you're going to charge nearly a dollar for a teaspoon of almond milk, then make sure it actually gets put in.
Poor employees .. pay peanuts get elephants. Seems they are doing u a favor by waiting on you . mandatory face masks ..what is this a surgical center. Ri does not require masks it is up to business owners. And So i it is my choise of going to this place or not Was a very good customer at this location but no longer interested in giving them my money . Sorry ..

Slowest drive thru of them all. Need to get a manager back here. 15 min to get through the drive thru is ridiculous.And the order is never correct, hash is always barely cooked and coffees are never right. This place needs a serious helping
Every time I visit this store, they always mess up my order. I placed an order for turkey sausage, egg and cheese on english muffin (just as they have it on the menu board) this a.m at the counter and the dude put in my order on croissant. after waiting few minutes for my actual order, i went back to him to confirm the status, the next thing was he started insulting me and even make an attempt to fight me in the store. I have been to several Dunkin's in and outside of RI, this store is the most unpleasant one I have ever visited.
Guy at the counter was patient and nice got food for the guys before work in the a.m did order a decent amount of breakfast wraps granted but most of them the egg was cold sausage as well seemed overwhelmed in the back more talking to each other then focusing on work in the back then had a attitude because I asked for extra cream cheese which I paid for but wasn't in my bag I wasn't in no rush so I didn't care how long they took just loose the attitude and do the job right other then that big props to the guy in the front he is a good worker
America runs on Dunkin! That's exactly what it did to me.
