Terrible!! Everytime I go I have a bad experience, placed a to go order online waited 30 minutes then the dominos tracker said it was "ready" when I pulled up to the window they said they accidentally gave the driver our order so we would have to wait for him to bring it back, what they should of said is to give them a few minutes and they will remake my whole order but that wasn't even an offer. Waited another 25 minutes and still nothing pulled up to the window and had to ask if my order could be remade because I did not want to wait anymore!! So I waited over an hour just to get my order because of their mess up, they didn't really care it happend either, don't recommend this dominos at all.
I use to order from the woonsocket ri domino's quite frequently. It was quick and easy on long work days. But as of late. The food has become so bad, i will never order from them again! It all started with the pandemic. Ok.. understandably. But i ordered from this store yesterday, and the pizza didn't even look good, and tasted worse. .ive commented on the order tracker a few times stating not as good as it use to be or they forgot the icing with the cinnamon twist again.. they're good for that.. at least half dozen times..or i received a cheese pizza when i ordered a double pepperoni.. once i received a free medium pizza..to make up for the cheese pizza mistake. But i had to call and wait 10 minutes on hold for that..this last order was so bad that i had 1 slice and tossed the rest. Never again!
Worst service ever. I called to order pick up and the guy hung up on me. I called back and he said "oh, I thought you were done." I had to repeat the order four more times beforehe got it right. I was given a price. When I went to pick it up it was wrong. He gave me three pizzas instead of the four I ordered. He argued with me about the order. I told him to forget it and give me my money back. He refused. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he was the manager. I will never go there again.
If you want fast, hot, and delicious, food with plenty of options and amazingly affordable just the way you like it. Dominos has it all hands down no complaints here. ????
Omg. Ordered 5 item deal and when it arrived i ate a taste of heaven. Just couldn't decide what tasted better. My kid ate the whole pizza. Ty dominos
I waited over an hour in the store for 2 pizzas and the mgr wouldn't talk to me.. send some employee over to offer me a 2 ltr of soda... Was told 2 separate times that my order would have to be made again and to give them 10 mins... Worst customer service ever... Mgr wouldn't even help the other employees.. just stood there waiting to cut the pizzas that would come out and then stand and wait for the next one . Awful manager.. terrible customer service.. go to ANY OTHER pizza place.. this one SUCKS
I usually have my order delivered but I am so happy I picked up my order yesterday cause I was able to see everyone hard at work. I was so impressed with the enthusiasm and good attitude that everyone had. Thank you for making my family meals and God bless you all.
Waited over an hour for my pizza and buffalo sand-which. When my delivery driver came to me with an attitude had me sign the receipt and snatched it out of my hand. When I told him his service was not very friendly he proceeded to yell “well you try having my job” all because I wanted my pizza and a friendly service since I was tipping. After getting inside I opened my pizza and it was freezing and my buffalo sandwich had no buffalo on it. I called the manager ZACK to let him know everything. And Of course I gave them a second chance today to get my meal because they credited my whole meal. And now they say they can’t give it to me. HORRIBLE. AND RUDE.
I ordered a pizza tonight for my children after a long day of holiday festivities we luckily had a free pizza the kids custom ordered. We get a pizza that was uncooked uncut and all over the box..... The manager says 40 minutes until we get a replacement pizza this was at 9:30 it's now 11pm they never even came back . I'm absolutely disgusted we even called back and spoke to someone who said they'd call my phone when They got here and confirmed my number. I will literally go out of my way to never order from this dominos again. Even though it's closer I'd rather have to pick up my order than deal with this And sadly this isn't even the first time it's happened. Merry Christmas!!!!Also you can tell all the five-star reviews on this place are fake if you just read the real comments
This dominos single handedly carried me thru being a stoned hungry teenager and whatever manager reads this your employees are great people who deserve higher wages, fair treatment, and appropriate hours, shoutout 2 all the food service workers during this pandemic ????????
