I was craving a chai latte for so long so I went there and ordered a chai latte and a mint chocolate for my mom. I go up to the window and she gives me 2 coffee that look the same so I ask which one was the chai and she said you ask for both mint chocolate and I said no I ask for a chai and mint chocolate. She said she could make me it but I would have to pay for it so I said why would I pay if I didn’t order this coffee and she continued to say that’s what you ordered with attitude! I will never go there ever again. Made my experience horrible. The girl with glasses was talking about the car in front of me too how he was rude maybe she took it out on me but that’s not how you treat customers. So upset I didn’t get my coffee I ask for !
Burnt sandwich and drink made incorrectly.Been going to coffee connection for at least 5 years. Been to many of their locations this one being the closest. Every other time I go my sandwich is burnt and drink made incorrectly. I get recipes are similar for the mocha but it’s not a mocha that I ordered it’s funky monkey.Reliably inconsistentNo
Decent food and coffee, but the prices now are just insane. $6 for a large iced coffee? $5.75 for an egg and cheese sandwich? I know costs have gone way up for everyone, but $18 for two large coffees and two sandwiches is pretty outrageous. Won't be able to be a returning customer anymore, as this is way outside a reasonable pricepoint. Best of luck, Coffee Connection.
My only complaint is that they don't open until 6 and on some days close before 2, which means I can't get coffee on my way to work or back, but the coffee, especially the iced coffee, is far and away better than the nearby Dunkin
The staff is always super friendly and obviously I keep going back because the coffee and bagels are so good.
Love this place! Food is always fresh and coffee is very well blended. Staff is always beyond friendly and you can call and place orders for pick up. Prices are like starbucks but for the quality it is well worth it! Highly recommend
