The waitress we had was very nice and the food was great.We are not old people but we did find the waitress at the bar was totally not dressed properly to wait on families and kids.
Usually never have to wait once seated but the gentleman we had clearly didn't know what he was doing. He took our order and it never came out. Another waitress asked if we were all set and we said no because it was 30 minutes we had been waiting with no drinks or food. She took care of us and they took the gentleman off the floor. This gentleman made other people very unhappy with their service as well and now they may lose customers due to that. Who constantly repeats "I'm Sorry". ??
Smh disappointing. First I get a Cesar salad and it has a teaspoon of dressing with brown lettuce that you can clearly see . Then it was funny the guy giving us our food called the mozzarella sticks chicken fingers lol . Next it took us 20 mins to get some drinks when we are at the bar and was not busy . Then my husband had ordered a sandwich that came with Au jus and they forgot it an said oh I’ll be right back with it an they never came with it and that’s funny because it’s part of the name of the sandwich lol . So we had to ask for it and you could tell it had been sitting for awhile .
Normally my husband and I love eating at this applebees, but the last 3 or 4 times have been slowly changing our minds about that.Today I did an order for delivery and they missed part of the order and gave my husband only 4 onion rings in replace of his fries for his burger meal. The food that wasn't missed tasted pretty good.The last time we ate there, they had messed up both of our orders and was not the greatest tasting.The time before that we did a pick up to go and they had forgotten to put parts of the order in our bag. It was mine and my husbands mistake not to check the bag before leaving the parking lot.I get everyone is under staffed and over worked, but in the same we can not let that move us away from doing our best.You guys at Applebees and other places, just need to take a step back to breath and remember you are appreciated. Not every customer shows it. And i know most reviews that are about bad experiences are normally just right out rude. I am not trying to put you guys down, I just want to let you know some of us still remember you guys are humans just like everyone else.
The waitress was down to earth, I asked for 12 lobsters and 2 rib eyes. It was my girls turn to pay. She brought me a BLT, just as talked about. My girl was like your kinding me. Priceless the look on her face. Definitely will return.

Megan needs a raise, the girl is a saint and did nothing but keep a smile on her face when people were giving her a hard time. Service was great and the food was perfect. 10/10, favorite joint.
Great food steaks not so good but everything else is great.
Used to really enjoy this Applebee’s… Unfortunately tonight’s experience was a disappointment and for a $100 bill I don’t see myself coming again. It wasn’t even full and the server only came to our table to take our drink and food order. Never came to see if everything was ok, never asked if we wanted a refill on drinks, I never received my drink so I asked for it to be removed from the bill. Was told they did military discounts and I didn’t get the discount. The food taste good but for a $21 plate (at a Applebee’s) the portion size was for an 8 year old. My sons pasta looked like soup and my daughters rice was dry and had no flavor she mixed in salsa into it and she still couldn’t eat it. Was never asked if we wanted dessert so we paid and left. It’s very sad how much they’ve gone down hill
I won’t even give a half star. 1st my husband and I walk in and I get a dirty look from hostess. We we’re getting seated at a table next to bar. 2nd I asked for a booth and they said they didn’t have any. But they had at least 10. 3rd a woman next to me turns her head in my direction and cough without covering her month. And to add a loud annoying man at the bar was so loud it was horrible. I’ll also add when the workers were cleaning the tables they didn’t even pick up the salt and pepper. They just washed around it. Didn’t even wipe the seats down. Very poor work quality.
