When you order something how hard is it to press the correct buttons for the food ordered from the customer?! I'm just wondering??? Half my meal is missing my bad took the kids word for it when I asked is everything was there.... Make sure you always check before you leave cause the one time you in a hurry they will screw it up
Slow drive thru. Order inaccuracies... went back today, tried to go inside to order. Not one employee or manager would make eye contact with anyone trying to order food and then the manager says from the back " stop taking any orders". No one was taking any orders and when I asked they didn't respond or look at any customer( there were about 10 people waiting for over 20min)
Not impressed. Food was too cold. We ate it because we were hungry. We felt it wasn't worth the $25.00 we spent on lunch for only 2 of us. This place use to be top notch. When we were waking to the car, we said to each other, we could have went to FIVE GUYS!
Love there double stack and fries. Free mini frostys for a year tag. Neat and clean facility.

Drive thru took 15 min just to get my order store was not busy staff was busy playing games no sense of urgency. Food was put in the bag falling out of containers.
Unless you want to wait 30+ minutes at the drive thru, don’t waste your time. You’d think a fast food place would get the hang of serving FAST food, but apparently they’re still struggling. I’m truly astonished by the incompetence.
I had a great sandwich with fries and a drink for less than $10 using a $2 off coupon.
Havent been in awhile but definatly a great value.Drink 5pc nuggets small fry and bacon jr for $4.77 totally worth it hot and fresh in under 2 mins
