Ordered 2 Double Bacon Cheeseburgers and small fries at drive up. Cost $9.47. Drove home, opened up bag to find 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries!! Drove back, went to counter to get what I ordered. Went home, opened bag to find 1 cold fry and 2 double cheeseburgers (no bacon). Not worth the return trip. This Wendy's doesn't know how to fill orders. Will never go there again. A wasted $9.47. Should have gone to KFC, or Burger King further down the street. Non existent customer service at Wendy's!!!
I went to Wendy's for one reason, to try their breakfast. The commercial said it was the best. The service was great, the coffee was good, the breakfast french fries were terrible and now the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, the biscuit was squishy, the egg was not fully cooked, the yolk was loose, the sausage was so salty I couldn't taste anything else. I will not get breakfast at Wendy's again.
Third time having an issue at this specific location. First 2 times the frosty machine was shut down multiple hours before closing and they took our order and made us wait then said we don’t have it. This time, the employee said I’ll be with you in one second and proceeded to take over 5 minutes. After I said hello again, he said I’ll be with you in a second in an angry tone. Then took another 5 minutes. I wouldn’t have noticed but I was on a phone call and saw the time just keep running up.This location always has issues, unreasonable lines, wrong orders. Stick to the several other Wendy’s nearby, this location never has and never will care about their customer service or quality of food they put out. Go to the Burger King down the street for much better service. This location is TERRIBLE
I don't want to shame them too much. I know they were short staffed and very busy.The drive thru line was out to the road but moved along quickly. The order taker at the box was very nice. They were out of several items due to covid.We had a large order ($61). When we were given our bags I asked if it was all there and the man said he thinks so but recommends checking. We trusted them.We were missing an order of fries, two orders of nuggets and our extra sauces (we were charged for)Covid has been really hard on restaurants so I would eat there again but I'll check next time. The food we did get was correct and good!!
Here's my honest review. (Imo) they're a bit too pricey for what you actually get. (On average $14.00 a piece for a medium meal x2 for me and my wife plus our kids its just over 40 dollars for "fast food") The drive thru is much slower than other places, but quicker than if I were to go inside. Theres only been a handful of times that the food i received wasn't completely what I ordered and or at best "warm". But after waiting on that line already starving I just ate it. But I do go back there for more food, just not as much.
They will lie to your face with a smile. Make you wait forever and forget items you specifically asked them not to forget. They will up sell you extra food and not give it to you.
There lunch is so so wendy's was a helluva lot better in the 1990's my personal all around opinion for wendy's that is.I Myself wouldn't suggest there breakfast to anyone not even my Dog i really don't want to get into futher detail i haven't been back since
Friendly and fast as usual. Food was made well.
They gave me the wrong nuggets ( spicy ) when I asked for the plain since I cannot eat them. I had previously eaten a nugget out of the container ( not knowing they were spicy ) and when I went to make the cashier aware. He took the nuggets and dumped them back into the fresh nugget holder after I touched them he and gave me plain, feeling disgusted.
Went thru drive thru little bit ago if you like cold soggy fries everytime this is the place for you!!
