Trash employees are causing this store to really suffer. My wife went and picked up our dinner tonight and the girl at the front counter was screaming a berating the cooks along with having absolutely no customer service skills in a dining room full of people with others waiting for their food. Safe to say we have ordered our last meal from here until this “company” takes hiring and training a little more seriously.
Food was ok prices a little to high for what you get. Place needs to be more professional I'm adding to this review. The place is crazy. The people they hire don't belong working with the public. An the few decent employees are not happy They need a reality check on how to run a business an how to treat employees an how to hire maybe do some back ground checks. An some classes on being professional in the work place. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Maybe take a class on mental illness an harrsment.
After problem after problem here we won’t be ordering from here anymore. The blatantly told me tonight they just don’t have the staff. Shut your doors and reopen when you do before you lose all your customers

This places deserves 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service from start to finish. Whoever runs this business doesn’t know anything. Staff screaming at each other AND CUSTOMERS! Apparently no one can read because wrong orders are being handed out like it’s nothing. No wonder they have a hiring sign out front. I wouldn’t want to ever be in there. Oh yeah and i write this waiting an extra 15 minutes for two simple sandwiches with not another customer to be found. Guess staff have more time to bicker than make our food.EDIT: THE HEAD COOK WALKED OUT! No SURPRISE THERE!!
They left the pizza on the SOAKING WET steps in the snow/rain and never called. Thanks for your s*it service. Never again. Disgraceful and disgusting. I will be calling tomorrow and getting a full refund. This pizza is not edible and they were closed by the time I called. 45$ +tip for two pizzas we can’t eat. Not happy and still hungry. This is how you run your business? Embarrassing.
Be careful when ordering just found out after waiting 90 min for my food that 2 of there cooks are out sick . I got nervous and refused the food.
Very disappointing. Order instructions are not followed and customer service is just awful. We order 3 sandwiches and one was done completely wrong. When we called, instead of making the correction they question my husband that it's not what they have written down on their slip. I had to drive back and pick up the sandwich remake. No apologized or anything, not even a refund. Instead the girl at the counter just handed me the bag. As I opened the sandwich to make sure it's correct so I won't have to drive back there again. The girl ask me if it's correct. I said yeah looks right except that its very messy. The remake was over loaded with so much buffalo sauce that it was leaking through the wrap. How hard is it to make a buffalo chicken sandwich plain just cheese and sauce. This isn't the first time our order was messed up and the customer service has gone downhill. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.
I used to visit this family's store in North Kingstown when my children were growing up. It was our favorite pizza! I was so happy to find the family again in Warwick. I live in Providence and pizza here is mediocre at best and expensive! I am happy to drive to Warwick to get a delicious Twisted Phillipou's pizza!
Unfortunately my experience at Twisted has progressively declined over the 3 or 4 different times I have ordered from there. More recently and most specifically I ordered a Cobb Salad and a Crispy chicken Salad with a Mediterranean Appetizer with added Gyro. The Cobb salad was ordered with no olives, tomatoes or onion due to a food allergy. That salad came with everything included and therefore was not edible as a result. The Mediterranean appetizer was supposed to come with hummus, tzatziki sauce, olives, and olive oil. We received a box of pita bread and gyro with nothing else. When we attempted to call the restaurant to let them know at around 8:00PM on a weeknight the phone was left to ring, was busy or otherwise would not connect after several calls. I'm sorry to say I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of the order accuracy and lack of communication and will be taking my business elsewhere.
