Every single time I’m in your restaurant, I am always treated as if I’m family. Polite, kind, friendly and outgoing is how I would describe the staff every time I’m in there. Today I picked up my order at the bar, I was greeted by Meliss and she continued to update me on the status of my order. Meliss, I pray I have your name right, because you were absolutely phenomenal. Packaged my entire order with great care and brought it out to me (all the way around the bar to my side) with a nice smile. As I was leaving the woman working the front desk came right around and opened the door for me. I just wanted you folks to know, I appreciate the excellent customer service and the food is ALWAYS GOOD. Thank you!

Food was terrible! Calamari tasted like an empty paper towel roll - some seasoning might have been nice. Prime rib was very good, but the mashed potatoes had no flavor, tried putting butter in them but didn't help any. Cole slaw was bland, soup was good but tasted like canned soup. Will not return!!
GREENWOOD INN has been a local staple for as long as I can recall. Prices are only marginally higher than you'd expect but the specialties are so damn good! Take a serious look at the appetizers ... small but worth every penny. We're talking spiritual experience with the stuffed (seafood) mushrooms! Slight warning: no fault of wait staff but in these COVID times, expect to wait for table service and try to enjoy your companion instead of stressing. Wait Staff are personable and just fun ... I know none of them but I'd suggest you'd be hard-pressed to find many others who perform with such grace-under-fire. Why only 4 stars? Because management needs to better balance staff around high volume hours. Recommended.
I have been going to the Greenwood Inn for decades and am never disappointed. They offer several affordable menu selections in a casual atmosphere, either in the dining room, bar, or outdoor seating area. Great value and the food is fantastic! Perfect for lunch or dinner, with friends, family and clients. Five Stars! Although I would give more if I could!

Been a customer for40 years. Had the same waiter as I did the first time I went there. Service is still as good and food is as good.
Prime rib was incredible, prices were excellent ? service was fast.butter was cold.cant spread on bread.other than that.im going back.
