This location is one of my favorite Taco Bell’s. Staff is friendly location is clean and food is almost never wrong maybe once and yes maybe once they forgot to give me sauce and I am not a fan of not getting sauce with my Taco Bell which is why I’m giving them four stars instead of five but the friendly service is a big plus and it’s kind of what you need when you’re ordering Taco Bell.
I’m a delivery person, I went today to pick up three orders and they told me I couldn’t pick up 3 I can only pick up one. After waiting for about 15 minutes in the long drive they line I’m only allowed to pick up one order. Waiting 15 minutes for three is worth the wait, waiting 15 mins just for one order is not worth the wait. If I’m not allowed to pick up as many orders I would like I’m not doing business here. It’s not worth the wait.
This place is busy but quick. Always correct on orders and polite.
Went through the drive thru at 8:30 pm on 03/23/2022 whoever took my order was extremely rude. He basically threw the food in my car and didn’t say one word to me. Not only that but he messed up the order after repeating it multiple times to him.
It's Taco Bell. The food should be the same everywhere, sometimes as we know it is not. This visit was 100% accurate. The staff was pleasant and the food was great!
Been going to this location pretty much every week for about a year, they've only gotten my order wrong once. That's an excellent track record for fast food. The people who work here are cool and friendly. As for the food, hey, it's taco bell, you already know whether you like it or not.
Bald Hill Taco Bell is almost always quick, easy ordering, and great customer service. One time, I was just getting a Baja Blast just past midnight and a worker asked if that Taco Bell was my favorite, which I replied with “yes”. He then paid for my drink! Awesome dude. I went there yesterday (2/9/22) and I love that they’ve implemented biodegradable straws; I would give an extra star for this if I could!
I don’t normally leave reviews but this was the worst tasting Taco Bell I’ve ever had it all tasted burnt like it’s been sitting never changed out even once my tortilla was thin and stale I will not be taking my business here again. I wish I could put 0 starts that’s how bad it was.
Extremely bad and rude service did not show any kind of empathy and attitude was extremely aggressive.
Shout out to the amazing queen working the counter I wish I got her name but she provides the best service and she’s so polite and funny. I hope that they pay her extra because she really does make an effort to get work done even when the store has no one inside it and the drive through is slow.
