I used to love this Starbucks location and be a regular but ever since this past winter I’ve been disappointed by this store. One recent experience I had on a Wednesday night was with a tall, lanky man wearing hat. He was extremely rude. When he was taking my order he laughed at me and whispered something to his coworker wearing a black apron. I felt embarrassed and humiliated that an older men was making fun of a teenager, and because of this incident I haven’t been back. I want to warn everyone about this stores behavior so that they will hopefully not have the same horrible experience as I did.
Good vibes here everytime I come. Everyone is nice. I love their funny tip jars.
The girl who took my order in the store today was very nice and made me feel better after having a bad day
Best Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino I’ve had in a long time but waited almost 25 minutes in the drive thru for it. Though, the lady at the window was very friendly.
When i was working in the lobby i was hearing the workers talk bad about each other. The store needs better teamwork. Wanted to see who they were so i went to order something else and it was a girl named Ashley. Made sure to make my drink complicated for her for the bad behavior
I order lemon loaf and they give me a month old lemon loaf. Ordered it on April 20,2022. Never again.
Always a good experience, the staff is great here. I enjoy the same tasting coffee every time. No surprises
So came in this morning to Greenwich ave location. First off they don't take anything larger than a twenty dollar bill shouldn't that be posted. Also inside is filthy. Floors are not clean nor are the tables and chairs. Only come every now and then.
Went back in to get my Caramel Frapp remade because it was too sweet and they quickly helped me. Excellent customer service I left so happy and my frapp is delicious. Thank you(:
