By far the worst Starbucks, no coffee shop I've ever been to. Staff is entirely under trained, they have no desire to even want to work.When asked for a Blond Expresso I'm met with " we don't do that here"When asked if I could have a 20$ broke I'm met with " we don't do that here"When these workers are asked for anything they don't know or they don't want to do that's the response they give us. I've heard this response many times to many customers.
I love this Starbucks the always are nice and try their best to help me out when I want to switch up my drink the morning girls aways do an amazing job! But I took a star away as sometimes I order my drink from others and it’s not so great
Every time I go they don’t have ice. It’s been well over a month if not longer and still never any ice. Put up a sign at least so I don’t waste my time standing in line.

Cup was 75 percent filled with ice. 2nd time getting a pink drink from there and I will never go again.
