I went to visit today to have a coffee during a conference call for work. There was an excellent team. I asked a worker if she could put the A/C down. She said only the manager could that, which I DIDN’T believe, but she was super polite. Before I left they had turned down the A/C. The team seems to work very efficiently and have a high level of customer service experience.
I'm sorry but this is the worst and most inconsistent Starbucks I've ever been to and I don't even make any alterations to my order other than no whip cream
Went in for the new cup release. Just for the manager to look at her employee and shake her head. I’ve been told by others the staff holds them and buys them all up themselves. Really ridiculous. Someone needs to do something about it
The vast majority of business at this location is drive-thru so the interior is usually not very busy. That makes it mellow enough inside to read, study, focus, converse quietly, etc. As coffee shops in the suburbs go, it's pretty basic. But it gets the job done.
Constantly change their hours randomly for no reason. They closed at 3pm today as if they were a office. Not coming here anymore.
This place makes the best coffee. After going here everywhere else tastes like water. The only problem I have with Starbucks is that they are a woke social justice type of company that I disagree with 100% on these issues. But their coffee rules!
Great food and fun ambiance.
Ehhh service. They are not always as helpful as I like. They tend to act annoyed with my questions.
Typically very good service...however, when you spill a Venti HOT latte on a person...don't say its NOT your fault you just pass out the drinks. WTF...how about give me my order for free.
Great baristas.. extremely nice and friendly
