I had an issue with Grubhub but the store picked up on it immediately, called to see if my order had been delivered (it hadn't) and made a fresh order to send out to me again. Food arrived and it is delicious and hot, and I'm so appreciative that they took the time to call me to see if it got delivered, and to make a whole new order for me just in case the first one didn't show up. Delicious food and amazing customer service!
Stopped off for a Weiner emergency. Had an iced tea and a Weiner dog (Weiner sauce, mustard, onions, and celery salt)
Amazing dogs and fries. Never had anything else, don't need to try anything else. The weenie dog is literal perfection.
Just pure glorious glutney of food. I go once or twice a year for the pure nostalgia of my old JWU College days and having them off branch street back in the day.

Been going since I was a teenager, and this is one of only a couple Spike's left. We'll drive 30 minutes and stand in line... It's that good. If you have not experienced their dogs - and in particular the bread - you are missing out. If hot dogs aren't your thing, there are burgers, chicken, you name it. Truly a special place.
Unfortunately, although their food is amazing (some of the best wings in Rhode Island), the service is subpar. Nearly guaranteed to wait an extra 15-20 minutes on an order, even when it is not busy. Has happened on five different occasions now. Truly unfortunate.
