My new favorite BBQ place. This place has completely blown me away, next to their 4 signature sauces they have filled ready to go on the table to their sweet and tangy drinks! Everything is as good as it looks with a kick! I highly recommend if you haven't gone already! You're missing out!!
Firstly, the staff is wonderful. Our hostess/waitress was very friendly, cheerful and attentive. We went on a Friday afternoon and were seated quickly. We went for the boneless wing specials and fries. The food was fresh and hot. The price was also great. We've had the BBQ at Smokey Bones before and it was really delicious. I highly recommend it.
We had a great time tonight at smokey bones in Warwick! Bella was our server and she was amazing. Great service, great conversation and a genuinely great atmosphere! We will be back for mnday bogo wings! Bella's recommendation honey got was to die for. A little spicy so I had go enjoy a cookie skillet to cool my mouth off! Highly recommend!
Went here tonight! the food was outstanding. Had a Strawberry Sangria and it was the best Sangria I have ever had!! In addition our server, Isabella, was a blast! She was funny and down to earth!! Awesome Date night!!!!!
They used to be decent. Now they serve smaller portions and poorer quality food. We ordered takeout and there was no BBQ sauce, the meat was dry, and the sausage tasted off. We also ordered extra mac and cheese as previously it was our favorite. It had almost no cheese flavor and was very bland and dry. Previously it was more of a baked mac and cheese with actual cheese on top. They also included no garlic bread with the 3 meat plate whereas previously at least one piece was included (a second under the pulled pork if you ordered it). Waste of money and we will not be returning.
We had Isabella, she was absolutely fantastic! Very sweet kind and made sure we got what we needed! Always a pleasure here!

I ordered a steak rare -medium rare, and when it arrived at the table it was a thin piece of meat, maybe a 1/2” thick at best and was completely over cooked. I did something I’ve never done and sent it back. I received another much better looking cut of meat unfortunately it was completely raw on the inside. By this time everyone had finished there meals. I never got to eat. My sons ribs were excellent, but the pulled pork my other son got was dry and not great. The one exception was our server who was terrific. Horribly disappointed.
My review is solely based on restaurant management. Food quality is always 4 to 5 stars. We were seated at our table around 8:45pm on busy Saturday night. We got our food around 9:15pm, a few minutes after that the light on our section of the restaurant turned off. We asked our waiter if is possible to turn them on because we were eating in the dark. She said that’s no possible and a key is needed to bypass the light system. We had to used our cell phone lights to eat. This was a terrible experience. They shouldved never sat us in that section of the lights are on a time. I’ve attached an unedited picture of what it looked at our table
The crispy chicken sandwich was good. The server was pretty good too. But a few days later I noticed the credit card got hit by way too much. How can a mistake that large be made where the tip exceeds the food costs?The only way to watch for this is to check the credit card statement because this mistake happened after the receipt was signed. In other words if they put a huge tip on it instead of what you wrote in you won't see that happen.Additionally the floors are still sticky as a previous reviewer mention 3 months ago. Smokey Bones replied about how important cleanliness is to them blah blah blah. The usual canned pre-written reply. So I would guess cleanliness is not that important afterall as the floors are still sticky.Already talked to the manager and he said the error would be fixed and the charge to my credit card reduced.
