Ok so first of all, I ordered online for pick up. Never been here before in my life. You walk in and there’s a sign that says online pick up. So, I started heading towards that area and literally like 3 or 4 employees swarmed me, yelling at me saying I can’t go back there. Mind you, the online order pick up is literally right next to tables, with no definitive indication as to where you go or what you do to get your online order, and before you even get a chance to figure it out, you’re swarmed by an entire mafia of smashburger teenage fry-guys freaking out because you crossed an imaginary line that wasn’t defined. Also, I asked for no cheese and got extra. Apparently they can’t read either. Spent $25 for two burgers and one tot and it was horrible quality, terrible service, and I won’t be going back. Better off at sonic down the road.
I mean… it was alright. It was late at night and i decided to order some food. I was in the mood for a nice, big, juicy burger and this place came up. I’ve never had it before so i said to myself “why not”. I’m not sure if it was the type of burger or because i ordered late night but it really wasn’t that good. I mean not horrible but pretty meh. Fries were soft, no crunch to them. And the burger had big slabs of thick hickory bacon which i didn’t like at all. Way too chewy. I don’t think i’d order again unless it was free. But that’s just my experience.
I was going to drive and try this establishment for first time. But with all these bad reviews that are so repetitive, that's a big NOPE.As far as updating you on each bad review online. As an owner you should send in a few mystery people and orders online to get actual knowledge of how your staff is killing your business. Customers should not be testing your business practices to find what is lacking. This is your business, your employees are ruining.You will not last long if these reviews are accurate.

Ignore the bad reviews. Their burgers and smash fries & tots are delicious! I've never had a bad meal there.I took off one star for the day they cancelled a big online order I placed for me and my coworkers. At first I thought it was a mistake so I placed the order again, only to have it cancelled a second time. A call explaining why would've been nice. We were so bummed.
The posted hours are just a suggestion I guess, because more than once I’ve driven out of my way to pickup food here only to find the doors locked early.I’ve also had pickup orders canceled (in the middle of the day) with no explanation.There’s pretty much always a long wait at the counter, and you’re lucky if you get acknowledged at all.I was hoping to get a burger tonight. I showed up at 9:10pm, (20 minutes before closing) and was actually able to go inside - so that seemed promising.After standing at the counter for a very long time while I got sideways glances from a girl behind the counter who didn’t bother to acknowledge me - I was finally told that “He’ll be right with you.”Finally “he” came over and asked if I was placing an order or picking up. I was then informed that they couldn’t make me any food because they were “almost closed.”If you are running a fast food restaurant, and you close at 9:30 - then you are serving food until 9:30.Oh, and I overheard someone in the kitchen tell someone in the front that whatever order they were working on was going to be a minute because the grill needed to heat back up again. So…. If your cooking for someone else right now, you can’t cook for me too?I don’t know why I bother with this place, tbh. It’s consistently been a frustrating and subpar experience. Do yourself a favor, and just go to Five Guys. The food is better, the staff is fast and friendly, and they are actually open when they say they are going to be.
This was our third time getting burgers at the Warwick, R.I. store. First time a year ago was good. Second time 3 months ago was fair. Third time last night was awful. We waited a long time even after we called it in. Nobody was in the store. Manager said it was coming up soon. Nope. Finally 2 classics and large fry's ready. Five minute drive home. Out of the bag food was ice cold. Burgers were burnt on bottom to a crust. Dry and tasteless. Fries tasted old and dry. It literally looked and tasted like this order was taken out of the dumpster. Never ever again. Would you?

The staff does not follow simple sanitary procedures. Gloves are not changed, walking from the register to handling food with out changing gloves, food left out open on the counter, no hair nets or hats worn by cooks staff eating in the kitchen while cooking. Dirty gloves left on the counter.What topped it of was food was served to customers only to be gone through by staff to remove other customers items.After 30 minutes of waiting for 2 hamburgers and fries and witnessing many health dept procedures not being followed. Wrong orders and confusion, We asked for a refund.
