We really enjoyed the service. I waitress was fantastic. The food was delicious if I had to have one downside to the food was the stuffy. The stuffy was mushy and full of breading. The small portion fish and chips was fantastic. The chowder and clam cakes were tasty and well presented. We would love to have a waitress like this at every restaurant. We will certainly return
The food was real good the salad the fish and chips the steak a little over done and the service was excellent I recommend this restaurant
Sam's Inn was...just okay. Everything about our experience made us feel like the people at Sam's aren't really trying very hard these days. Canned gravy. Generic stuffing and mashed potatoes. A turkey club that was clearly assembled from the least expensive, processed, sliced turkey that money can buy. The salads were more wet than crispy. Our waitress was friendly but the rest of the staff seemed pretty disinterested in their jobs. Maybe we just caught Sam's on an off-night. I would be willing to give Sam's another shot, because they're very near to my home, but if next time isn't a significantly better experience, they won't get a third try out of me.
Prices are great the food is terrific the staff is more than accommodating for only being in Rhode Island for a year and eating at several several different places throughout the area this is by far the best food for its value best food by taste in the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful continue the good work a definite place to go and enjoy and the prices are great too
Stopped in for dinner and drinks a few times now. Friendly waitstaff, good drinks and great food. I will definitely be returning.
Sam's IS my ultimate FAVORITE restaurant. The staff is like no other at any other restaurant. We have been going there my whole life but when I had my daughter they treated her so special. She feels they are her old friends when she walks in. We never need a menu. Most.....restaurants..... sell the same things....so what makes Sam's different..... the waitresses and waiters. They make Sam's the best. Please don't get me wrong, the cooks are also the best. There is a great variety to choose from and it's all good. They used to have the best salad bar in town before covid. U will be missing out if u haven't tried THIS restaurant. The staff is the very best around!!!!!
My Brother and his New Wife brought me here for a Thank you dinner .. The Staff was polite and great … The Food was phenomenal and prices were on point .. Very relaxing experience .. Im from Mass and I’m thinking of taking my next date to experience a great place to eat n chill .. You wont regret !! Portions and pricing very reasonable!!

Except I have never gotten Shrimp Alfredo where the shrimp doesn't get deveined or peeled. I had to use my hands in order to get my shrimp peeled. There is NO reason for that. So while I had a good time, I don't think I will go back due to having meals prepped incorrectly.
Not bad. Good scallops. Stuffed mushrooms were amazing. Not super expensive, but not casually cheep. Give sam's a shot.
