excellent service , right on time with food
A good end to a rough day. We sat in the bar and our server was very attentive and kind. Can't quite remember her name (sorry - we were really tired) but we were pretty much the last people there on Wednesday (6/8) night. Ordered the pretzel app, two burgers and a giant cake piece thing. Everything was delicious and would definitely stop by again soon if we weren't an hour away.
Red Robin stands to be a family favorite in our household. The all you can drink root beer floats for me and the wife to the bottomless Mac n cheese w/fries for the kids. Wait time, even on the busiest nights, never really takes as much time as your told they turn the tables over pretty quickly. We have only encountered a couple waitstaff that was less than great. So for now we will continue to visit this place at least once a week.P.s.Tonight I had something other then a burger, it was boneless chicken wings. So although their claim to fame is burgers they can still offer some delicious other entrees.
Ordered for four adults and one child (well my dog). Lol. We were all very happy with our orders. All exactly as ordered and delicious. Ordered using Active menus. Easy to use and as I said entire order was correct.
Very good food! I absolutely love the “bottomless” options. You can eat as much as you want! Though the portions are very large so you don’t need to order more. My personal favorite are the “pickle nickels”. Such a great appetizer!! Burgers, sandwiches and salads are huge! And delicious. It does get a little pricey being diner food, however worth it. They do not offer bottomless milkshakes anymore which is a bummer but always good here.
The server I had was really nice. She made our experience good especially considering the one closer to me was not a great experience at all. As well as the rest of the staff they were very respectable and even though they appear to be understaffed oh, they all were very attentive to the customers. Also, the food was made exactly I requested it. I can be a little picky sometimes as far as how I like my burger prepared but they nailed it. I definitely would recommend to go here and I plan on returning
The food is really worth the money. My order was ready fast. Actually it was ready before I could even get there. That never happens. The people was nice and speedy.

The food was fantastic! Burger made to order. Non carbonated purply drink was perfect!
Very slow. No eating utensils on table. Had to ask for them. Called to make a reservation and person that answered did not know what a reservation was. Bottomless soft drinks is a waste. My granddaughter had two waiting for her. It seems like the wait staff were not in scync.
