The pizza was made to perfection and spot on. The wings were delicious and had the perfect crunch to them. I would recommend and buy from them again.
Everytime we place an order it takes over and hour or it never gets done . I went to pickup my order and they had the doors locked and ran in the back , wouldn’t answer their phone see me go to my car and shut the lights off luckily I decided to pay at pickup . They never answer their phone and have the worst customer service possible ! Definitely not happy with them !
The pizzas just don’t taste as good as they once did. Pizza Hut has fallen very far in my eyes. Also I placed an order via the app for pick-up prior to the store closing and I arrived 10mins before they did and the store was as completely shut down and the app showed that my order was ready to pick up. I was charged for a pizza I never received.
I didn't receive the correct order and requested a no contact delivery but the driver refused and waited for us to come out and take the pizza directly from her.
Always great pizza! Been going here since I was a kid! Wish they would've kept their dine in, but I'm glad they are still open and serving their delicious pizza and bread sticks. Yum!!!
Service is laughably bad here. Good luck getting someone to pick up the phone here, let alone deliver your order. I’m honestly amazed this place is still in business, I give it another year until it’s gone under.
I placed an order for a medium cheese pan pizza at 437 pm and it’s now 554 and I’ve had my order status say on the way for over 45 minutes now, I’ve been trying to contact the store via phone and no one is answering, I’ve been on hold for 12 minutes, at this point I’d like a refund as I made dinner for my family instead. Update 6:18 pm it was delivered cold, the delivery driver didn’t say anything, knocked on my door (I asked for contactless) and he stood there with the pizza bag open and waited for me to take it out?
Got one of the dinner box meals, the pizza was so good! The crust was crispy yet soft, the alfredo pasta was tasty and the breadsticks were good too! I will definitely be returning for more!
The guy who boxed the pizzas, his chin was wearing the mask. Please insist on your employees wearing their mask properly. And the order was very late.. over 15 mins.
Decided to try the stuffed-crust pizza.Disappointed.The toppings were skimpy & the thin crust looked & tasted like cardboard.
