This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered the hot honey wings and a pepperoni pizza. The wings were very good. I liked the texture, the flavor, and the style they were cooked. A really nice experience there. The pizza was frankly average. The crust was too doughy and that took away from the pizza. But the cheese and sauce really didn't step up to overcome the crust. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.2.
This was supposed to be a well done pizza. It's pure chewy dough and mostly sauce not even hardly any cheese . For one your crust is already a solid 2" thick which is gross. Not even just the crust , the entire surface area of entire slice is that thick. So if a customer orders it well done maybe actually make it well done. Like I'm gonna be done ordering from here I live down road but your food has turned into an inedible joke. Convenience for me can only go so far. You can seriously get better pizza from Cumberland farms .
Screw this place. I call at 12:05 "sorry we don't take orders after midnight" I call at 11:45 a few nights in a week.. no answer. I work second shift which is the reason for the call right before midnight. And if you changed your closing time then fix your website. Clearly during the past bit of time you've had some real uneducated, inexperienced and lazy staff. Drain your swamp.. hire adults that act like adults. Edit- then why does your staff refuse to answer many times when I Call at 11:45 or so?
Pizza was cold. Saltiest pepperoni I have ever had. Asked for sweet potato fries and nope. This after an hour wait. Lesson learned
Ordered an xl pizza for delivery and was told it would be an hour delivery time on a Wednesday night.Pizza was delivered 1.5 hours later and was barely luke warm,called back and was told a replacement one would be 45 minutes or I could get credit for the next time we ordered.I decided to cancel the order and have the money credited back to my card.This place has gone downhill and will never order again unfortunately.
I’ve had many items from Picasso that were always really good but tonight I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I asked if they used breaded chicken and they said they did. Not only was the chicken not breaded but they put tomato sauce instead of buffalo sauce on it . Very disappointed.
Great pizza, calzones, antipasto & wraps. They tend to overestimate delivery times which always results in a pleasant surprise when the food arrives earlier than expected!
This was our favorite spot for 20 years, this year has been a terrible experience. We go at least once a week and they mess something up with our order every time (no joke). The service on week nights is poor. The quality of the food has gone down. This used to be a good place for good pub food at a decent price. Now it's just a headache.
I realize that the world is short staffed and they are doing the best they can with who they have. My pizza was ok, it needed more cheese. I'll definitely be back, just not during a football game. Maybe less traffic and more cheese
If you get the right pizza its good but half the time our pizza is made incorrectly. Last time we got plain so it wouldn't be messed up and after an hour and a half delivery it was cold.....
