Great ice cream, great staff, great owners! Ok hear me out in this... When it comes to soft serve ice cream it's pretty simple, Right? However Papa's has THE BEST chocolate soft serve I have ever had. Now I generally have the hard ice cream and their flavors are top notch. Everyone there is always happy, friendly, and smoking as they wait on you! My wife and I love getting our Papa's and my daughter gets so excited when we mention goin there. Thank you for the great service and such delicious I've cream!
Seems poorly put together, there are no real menus, just a list of flavors. I stood there looking at the window for a few minutes and could not determine whether or not it was even possible to order a milkshake there. No prices listed, nothing. We waited in line a half hour to be told that the guy 3 people in front of us had gotten the last ice cream cone, and that all further ice creams would have to be put in a cup. Eventually the staff was so slow we gave up and went down the street to Dear Hearts ice cream where we could actually get a cone with our ice cream.
