After waiting in line for 10+ minutes, I went to order a breakfast sandwich at 11am, when I finally made it to the counter, and was told breakfast just ended at 11. I explained how I had been in line before breakfast ended and was told “sorry”. Good job Panera on having horrible customer service.
My food was exactly as expected but the 5 stars are for the employee who helped me this evening. I didn't catch their name but they had purple dyed hair. The restaurant was busy, they appeared short staffed, and they told me the computer system was down. They seemed very stressed but still helped me solve a problem I was having with my online order. They were friendly, professional, and my food was good. They had every reason to brush me off, the issue I was having was caused by me misreading something and I was 10 minutes late to pick up my food, but they still helped me out in a very kind way.
My partner and I came into Panera at around 4:45, 01/09/2022 to order food to go. A man ordering food at the cash register was not wearing a mask and was HACKING all over the counter and cashier. A woman behind him stood a healthy six+ feet difference, but she had a young child and looked visibly uncomfortable. After the coughing man ordered his food and left, the woman spoke to the shift lead/manager (a woman with glasses). My boyfriend and I were sitting at a table waiting for our food and saw their exchange. Basically, the woman respectfully asked that the employees enforce the mask policy. The shift lead(?) seemed amenable, but once the woman left, she began stating things like "Oh, does she expect me to hire someone to check masks at the door? Does she want me to hire someone specially for that? I'll GLADLY HIRE YOU IF YOU WANT THE JOB". She spent her time mocking the woman, making hand gestures, and behaving in an incredibly unprofessional manner. I did not understand her problem, as there was clearly a box of masks at the cash register for unmasked customers. There was no plexi glass or other protective measure to protect the cashier either. This behavior was appalling to witness, and especially during the current surge of COVID cases, it's extremely dangerous behavior too. I'm never coming back to this Panera again and for anyone else who cares about pandemic safety, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
Placed an order for curbside. Showed up and said I was here to pick up waited ten minutes. When no one came out with my food still, I called them which they then proceeded to shut off there phone. So I had to go inside which isn't something I like doing being immune compromised which is why I chose curbside. Which I was then told oh yeah its probably just sitting there while the employees continued to do there ting whit no line at all saying they were short staffed and busy...
Prices raised, less or same amount of food, and orders incorrect. Not the place it used to be
Love the iced teas! Feels like everything else is going downhill.
They ran out of food and wouldn't have more until the next day! I have been to other locations and have been happy with the food and drink.
This is a really nice stop for the entire family. I like the half sandwich and soup or now the new flat bread pizza which is truly very good. We have a card so we get a cookie after so much in purchases. I truly like the large fruit danish ring to go and is gone quickly...The other thing we like is the kieshes they have which are truly great and thou small are really filling. very clean, good service behind the counter. nice seating and the restrooms are very clean. a great stop.
Was pretty quick,in & out using kiosk is getting better.
Panera is my go to for a quick smoothie after my gym workout.
