Ordered online for a specific time and when I arrived was told to wait at least 10 min for them to start the order.... I ordered at a time because I have a family of 5 and we order different places.....so their incompetent attention to the time left mine and my daughters food ice cold in the car by the time it was ready. Only getting a 2 because the food was still good.
Solid chinese and large portions. Definitely my go to place in the mall.
Food quality and service is very bad. They didn’t even turn the lights on. Looks like kids run this place.
11:53am, not sure if they are late to open or if they haven't updated their listed hours, but they are not open. Also the staffed appeard to dump what looked like left over fried rice into a Wok to possibly reheat as they got ready to open.
SLOWEST STAFF in the entire mall. Seems like moral is low and the manager doesn't know how to manage a crew to be efficient. 2 people working with a very long line and the workers attitude seems like they don't care about it either.Haven't moved from my spot in the line in literally 6 minutes. If it wasn't because I love Panda Express in general I would have left due to workers efficiency. Please fix.
Very very slow. The manager doesn't care, or show any help. It took me almost 1 hour (waiting in line) to place my order. I won't give them my business next time.P.s: They don't accept cash, Credit/Debit cards only.
Was scheduled for opening at 11:30....20 minutes late so far on opening.
I loved Panda Express! Until they started to remove things from the menu! The honey pepper chicken was the best!
One person serving and she is currently cleaning, SLOWLY, rather than getting the line moving. Sign says the kitchen will close at 4 because of being short staffed. Another person cooking even though everything is full, third person filling silverware. They clearly need a new store manager
By far the best Chinese takeout around. The food is always fresh and you can even see all the fresh cut vegetables in the cooler. We shared a plate of orange chicken and fried rice which was more than enough for two people.
